The room was nice & airy. Size of the room is good & washroom is also very clean. The place is located near the vasco da gama square & there are number of eateries in close radius. The breakfast served is freshly made & it tastes very good

Location of the property is great, quite close to fishing nets, rooms are super clean. Staff is super friendly and help you for your every problems. Bear in mind that this property doesn’t have a lift.

Got immediately attracted to the hotel’s exterior. Stay was calm and cozy. People was helpful, they arranged a before time breakfast for me as i had to leave early.

Our stay was very comfortable. The host and the staff were warm and welcoming. The room and the decor were great, shower was very good with hot water available at all times. Their in-house breakfast was simple and delightful. Best part is the location - its perfect around everything in fort kochi, walking distance to all notable places.

we booked this for staying close to the venues of kochi muziris biennale. awesome location, very good atmosphere, comfortable room, very clean, friendly staff, close to everything and walkable for so many restaurants and cafés and shops. we had an excellent stay. highly recommend to any type of group - family, friends, solo (very safe place as well).

Very clean rooms, accommodative staff, ample fresh air and sunlight, clean linen and toilets. We had booked this stay for 3 people during the kochi biennale. The staff changed the room to a bigger one due to the space required for an extra mattress. They even allowed a late checkout with minimal overhead. The reception was helpful with directions and requests for local travel. Basic complimentary breakfast, but nice. All the key places are just a quick walk away. Would recommend for both solo travellers and families. Ideal for short trips.
