The room was good and the check-in experience was also good. But there were no water bottles in the room or any hangers for dresses. They don't have proper kitchen facilities as well.

very nice place, serene kerala house, very close to the culture, you will feel as if you are in a malyali house, good hospitality, homely experience, worth the price! 😊. love itc will love to stay here again and guide everyone its so close to explore kochi! everything is within 600-700 metres!

They didn't allow us to take slippers inside. On the top of it the bathrooms were so dirty and we had to walk all over the room barefoot. Bedsheets they gave us were so stinky. They didn't give us blankets too. There were no mirrors. They didn't even provide hot water.

Overall the experience was good. The property is located at the centre of fort kochi. Peaceful and calm. I would suggest to improve the maintenance of the property and should provide more itineraries especially for the washroom.
