The ambience of hotel was very nice. The stay was very comfortable and food was also delicious. Service and behavior of all staffs are beyond words. Especially the Manger was very helping and charming. The restaurant staffs are very polite and positive. Smile in the face of Ms.Soumya and other reception staff always gives a positive energy. Thank you for the entire RETRIEVE team for a such a wonderful memory.

Beautiful hotel, the people are so welcoming and polite. We stayed here for two days and we had one of the best experiences. Spa treatments are amazing and must try. The high light of rooftop restaurant is it ambience. This hotel is a must visit place in Cochin.

Recently had the pleasure of staying at Retrieve , We had a great expewrience at the Retrieve. Rooms are comfy and clean with all necessary amenities provided for. Staff is extremely polite and helpful and the services exceeded all my expectations, from the moment I arrived, till check out. Rooftop restaurant and the breakfast was outstanding, and the variety catered to a wide range of tastes.

The stay at Retrieve health and wellness, Kochi, was really comfortable. Everything went smoothly. The warm welcome and the services of the staff were exceptionally good. Clean and neat rooms with good quality bed and linen. Recommended for anyone who visits Cochin.

We stayed in Retrieve during our Kochi trip, last month. The stay was wonderful, the rooms was nice and beautiful. Newly opened rooftop cafe serves tasty food. I recommend this hotel for any one who visits cochin. The staff behavior is also excelllent.

We enjoyed the wonderful stay at Retrieve health and wellness, a beautiful Spa hotel in the heart of Cochin. The staffs are very courteous and attentive to all our requirements, creating a homely atmosphere. The rooms are luxurious spacious. The food, especially the burger was so delicious, and we loved the ambience of the rooftop restaurant. Thanks to Retrieve team.

Place is exotic and mind blowing. We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Retrieve health and wellness, a hidden gem in the heart of Cochin. This property is easily accessible from both the Railway stations in Ernakulam. The staffs are very courteous and attentive, and made us feel welcome. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with large glass windows. The food was delicious and varied, and we loved the nature greenery around the building . The only minor issue we faced was that choice of breakfast items were not enough. But that did not spoil our overall experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Cochin.

Very good hotel in the centre of Cochin. Exceptional service from entire staff. Bed and pillows in the room was high quality and I had a very comfortable sleep.Rooftop restaurant serves tasty and delicious food. Thank you very much to the entire hotel team.
