Compare with the price, the overall value is good. Because of the recent typhoon conditions, we canceled part of our trip. And decided to extend our stay in this hotel. We call them to change it before we heading to Japan. We found out booking the same room in Trip.com is much cheaper than call in. We highly recommended checking the Trip.com App. first. 👍👍

**Convenient Location**
First off, the location is fantastic! It’s really close to all the attractions, shops, and some great restaurants. I loved being able to explore the area without having to travel far.
**Easy and cheap Parking**
Another big plus was the cheap parking. It made my life so much easier, especially since I didn’t have to stress about finding a spot. It felt like a real bonus!
**Clean and Comfortable**
The hotel itself is on the smaller side, but it’s super clean and well-maintained. My room was cozy and had everything I needed. Plus, the air conditioning was amazing—it kept the room nice and cool, which was perfect after a day out exploring.
**Diverse Atmosphere**
I also enjoyed the diverse mix of guests, including many travelers from abroad, which added a fun vibe to the place. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, making me feel right at home.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel in Kobe! With its great location, free parking, and comfy rooms, it’s a lovely spot for anyone looking to enjoy the city.

1 months ago, the hotel in Kanazawa was good, so I stayed here for a while before the opening. It was a little rainy, but I was moving in the arcade, so I was almost wet. Arrived without the view from the room, so the surrounding hotels and buildings are assumed. The room is clean and the bathroom is separate. The breakfast was delicious. I thought again, but the size of the tissue box is easy to use. The small type of square has been hard to get, so it's good to recur. Look, I knew there was only a disposable slipper, so this time I checked in and I gave you an additional reason. I'm sorry.

Written in the resort and title in Sannomiya. It is a hotel that feels like a small 々 large scale. The sale is lounge. You can drink coffee tea for free. Coffee has a nespresso and you can drink latte (the machine of nespresso looks like an espresso machine. But please rest assured that it is a nespresso.) The atmosphere is good. Lighting is also considered to be good in the morning, daytime and night. I didn't ask for breakfast, but it feels good to see and is good for quality. This is a resort feeling. 1,500 yen. This price range also feels like it is aimed at between Vijiho and luxury hotels. Overall good because it is a new hotel. It seems to aim between Vijiho and luxury hotels, and the price range is also aiming at it. It is a strategy aimed at the young man now, and it is cool. The room is not so large. So there is no closet. The suitcase is difficult to spread. However, it may be due to the room, but the toilet and bathroom are separate types. Shower head and temperature are good. Of course, the basic function as a Vijiho is available. Power outlet - everywhere. Convenient. Wi-Fi - Very fast TV - connectable with the net. Latest. Toilet - Latest Amenities - This is ok... Location - There are many delicious shops around. However, it seems that it is a little far from the station... JIM-I don't go. This side is also between Vijiho and luxury hotels. Personally, it is the best if there is a hot water pool, but if you go there, it is a luxury hotel or... I stayed in Rem plus Sannomiya directly connected to Sannomiya station. Both are new hotels, and the price range and strategy are similar, but I personally like this Royal Park. Which is a cool strategy for young people. However, the convenience of the location is definitely better.

Hotel Okura is very prestigious place with Japanese emperor frequently visited. One of the big conglomerates Pre world war 2. 1 year ago, Japanese emperor had visited Okura Kobe. However, it has been subpar to say the least and overpriced.
Cleanliness (Stains in a lot of spots)
As you can see from the photo. There were stains at bathtub. When I asked the front, they said it is inevitable due to how long it has been used. Even the washroom inside Okura had stains and dust, which is very concerning considering it’s price point
Location (Good for sea views but bad for tourism, walking and traveling)
The location for sea view is amazing and it’s near haborland and BeKobe. However, Meriken-Oriental park also offer the same sea view + direct port for ferry with same price point and better cleanliness.
The big problem with its location is it is far from everywhere else. Some tourist spots such as Kitano Ijinkan, sanomiya city center, waterfalls and herb garden. The JR is at Shin-Kobe which is around 15min taxi. Walking is pain the ass, as front entrance is only for cars, in order to walk, you need to go through one of the three sub-entrances, which requires you taking elevator or walking stairs
The location is not bad but there are hotels with better location such as ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe.
Directly under the shinkansen, 5 min walk (one street) from kitano ijikan and one straight line to waterfall and herb garden. The service was also fantastic.
Service (Amazing, but can’t really speak English)
The only thing going for the hotel with this price point was its service. Everyone was really kind and helpful, very professional. I have seen several times staffs were struggling with English speakers but aside it’s amazing.
Amenities. (It got the regular stuff but lacking minor stuff like weight scale, free newspaper etc which gets offered at same price point)

We had a wonderful 1 night stay a few months ago before tourism opened back up. Highly recommend this place for people who are into more private, chill time. Loved the concept of this ryokan because instead of shared baths there were numerous choices of private baths throughout the property! Each needed to be booked in advance for a 45 minute session. They had an online reservation system but I think it was only in Japanese (my husband's native language) so I can't comment on that. Our room was fantastic; modern and huge, but still had charm. I think we were in Suite 13 which had its own private bath which you could open up the huge windows to a nice tranquil view of greenery. I liked that the entry had a super long hallway which helped with any noise (so quiet!). Personal touches such as selecting a complimentary gift (small drawstring bag) and fruit tray was noticed and appreciated. They were also very helpful to find us a restaurant to eat dinner at on a Sunday night (since we opted to not have the course dinner) - it was a delightful local meal ran by a married couple! I wish I remembered the name but it was izakaya home cooking style and so delicious. The breakfast on property was AWESOME. I opted to get the Western Style and my husband the Japanese. Such presentation and variety and a perfect start to our day. We would definitely be back to visit this place. They made us feel very welcome and relaxed! Arigatou gozaimasu *bow*

When i arrived with my friend, we were greeted warmly at the entrance and were explained everything at the front desk. After the check in, the Lady showed and explained to us the common rooms as well as the bath. Rooms were very good. The cafe area is also very good. Well i can go on forever like that. Long story short i very much recommend this Hotel, especially for couples. Just the price makes it not possible to come here more frequently^^. They have a shuttle service as well, even so the station is just 5 minute walk from the ryokan. But i guess for elderly people or people with heavy luggage that might be a help. The breakfast was great, with the ladys in Kimono explaining a bit and the view was superb. Most restaurants close in the evening, so we could see a lot of people storming the convenient stores^^. As for most of the Hotels: The staff is what makes the difference. And here i give them a special thanks. Very kind, friendly and helpful. I hope they will be there again when i come next time. improvement tipps: No lockers in one of the Onsen. Also the Phone had no description, so not even a japanese person know what number to dial -.- . Also for me personally i would like that the opening times for the cafe area is longer. It is so comfortable there^^.

Outstanding
GGuest UserI used it for the first time. It is very convenient because it is close to Sannomiya Station and there are many commercial facilities and restaurants. The front was a main road, but the room was quiet. The staff 々 also felt good, and it was helpful to keep my luggage for a little time after checking out. The room was clean and he had a view of the city. (Middle floor) The buffet-style breakfast was also fulfilling and delicious for the reasonable accommodation fee. It is convenient to walk to the sightseeing tour bus stop in 5 minutes ~ 6 minutes.
KKI-NRTArima Onsen town is a stone's throw away from both Osaka and Kobe, which is likely one reason that hotels and ryokans can charge such high rates there. Being at the upper end of the pricing echelon, Arimasansoh Goshobessho's room rates can't be considered good value. Still, we decided to spend a two-night getaway there in spite of that. Sticker shock notwithstanding, we feel that Arimasansoh can be considered among the nicer small properties that Japan has to offer. Arimasansoh is nestled at the end of a long strip of hotels in the Arima Onsen town - it's really quaint, but still within walking distance to the main tourist areas. The property is charming, and the buildings and villas blend in nicely to the calming environment that is full of trees, ponds and other pretty vegetation. Stepping into the grounds for the first time will instantly reduce your blood pressure - it's that soothing of a place. Service is refined, if a bit formal; we could tell they've all been comprehensively trained in Japanese hospitality. Given the clientele that stays there, being discreet and unobtrusive is probably appropriate. The sprawling hotel grounds are divided into two distinct sections. On the lower hillside along the banks of a river are the two-storey Maisonette rooms. We weren't able to tour this room type, but at first glance they seemed quite close together - sort of townhouse style. Further up the hill (near the reception area and the public onsen baths) are the one-storey Villa Suites, which is the room type that we stayed at. Our room was absolutely gigantic, and felt more spacious than the published size (for what it's worth, both the Maisonette and Villa Suites are listed as 100m².) There's an enormous living room as well as a large bedroom, along with a small balcony with views across the ravine. The Villas also have a bathroom the size of many hotel rooms. It comes complete with dual vanities, a sauna as well as a private Onsen (hot springs) bath. Further adding to the sense of massive space is the extremely high vaulted ceilings. Aesthetically speaking, the dark wood and dark brown furnishings were a bit on the dark side (for our tastes); the lighting was barely sufficient to prevent the room from exhibiting a gloomy feel - but just barely. The Onsen bath is nice; however, it's not of the free-flowing variety... it's empty and you fill the tub with the Onsen water by turning on the bath tap, just as you would a regular bath. It wouldn't be a problem but for the fact that the water trickles out at a glacial pace. We literally had to let the water run for over 30 minutes before the tub was filled up halfway. Arimasansoh also offers a communal Onsen bath area, one each for women and men. As was the case with the Onsen in the Villa, the water is unique in that it's brackish brown in color. And, you can really smell the sulfur. Arima Onsen is renowned for the (alleged) healing powers of its mineral hot springs; whether you believe it or
CCookie118Location is really good 5 - 10 minute walk from the train station (sannomiya) and ikuta jinja. Their is also a matusya right next to the hotel that is 24 hour, so it is perfectly for breakfast and dinner. There is also a lawsons 30 seconds away which is very convenient. The room was very clean and the amenities were very good too. The staff at the front desk also spoke some English, which made the check-in and check-out much easier, plus it was 24h too. I didn't have any issues but if you do the staff will be able to help you.
Ggmsl2018It would take a whole page of details to describe how nice this place is in 2020. I stayed there three times, each time in different rooms, each time perfect. It is just NICE. Location is perfect, quiet yet one stop from Kobe, the neighborhood is romantic like Greenwich Village or Montmartre or a nice place in San Francisco. The little house is very cute, very homey, with a large common space. The staff are incredible. Just rush to stay there before the team get old and change business. For the time being, they are super super master of genuine hospitality. They made me understand what is the pinnacle of a ”guesthouse Japanese style”. There is an elevated railway line running just on the other side of the street. It is not a problem because during the night, there are no trains. I fully recommend this place. Georges from Switzerland.
GGuest UserI went by car. The parking lot is opposite the multi-storey car park and the inn. It may be a little small if you go by large car. The parking lot on the day of stay can be parked after 10 am. I checked in at 15:00, but I arrived early because it was crowded the day before the Arima Onsen holiday. After taking a walk, I returned to the inn at 14:00. From there, I was allowed to wait for an hour at the front desk. 10 minutes ago, the male staff explained the facilities and emergency exits in the building while saying an extra word that it was a little early. If you are an inn like this, you will serve welcome tea and sweets and entertain you at first, but it may be a shortage of labor. The room had an open-air bath. I was satisfied with the massage chair, but unlike the image I saw in advance, the sheets were laid on the mattress. Did you miss the futon? It was so thin. For dinner, he offered beef and sashimi close to the edge, probably because he was conscious of profitability. The white rice is not sharpened well or it is scalded. The soup stock tastes like the second soup stock, probably because it was taken wrong. When I was sleeping early in the morning, I woke up with the loud sound of dropping the plate in preparation for breakfast. For breakfast, the squid sashimi was messed up, probably because I dropped the plate. He gave it to me without putting it in the envelope at check-out. Thank you very much. No word. I didn't help carry my luggage even though there were three people at the entrance. The family next door was helping me pretending to be unseeing. Older women have high customer service capabilities, and young women have the lowest customer service capabilities. I felt that tradition was obsolete in this way. Arima has other good inns. The inn that cannot be multiplied by hot springs, food and customer service is the worst. I was disappointed.
Ssa2kiI went by car, but the affiliated parking lot was full and I parked in the nearby coin parking. There are many parking around the hotel, but I struggled to find it because there are many steps. If you use the train, I think it's good because it's near the station. The room is semi-double and compact. The bed making was clean. Somehow there were a long hair on the bathroom wall, a few hairs on the wall before sitting in the toilet seat, and 30 centimeters in the bathtub. The toilet cleaned sheet was pasted, and the inside of the bus and the wall were dry. I can only think I wiped it with a used towel... It's a bit creepy. The bedside and outlet are about 1m away in a semi-double 1 room. All the lighting was convenient because it was possible to sleep.
GGuest UserIt is not surprising that ”ginsen” is everywhere, but ”ginsen” is not so easy. It was originally said that it would spring only from the spring source in the limited area of the north of Mt. Atago, and I thought the height was pumped up. I heard that there are many new spring sources now. Because this is ”Atago Yama Izumi source”, is it ”shoba Yama Izumi source” that can be seen behind the condominium? Jinsen is a thick hot water, and maintenance seems to be difficult everywhere. I look for an inn because the day trip hot water is already troublesome. Arima can be luxurious because the rich people of keihanshin gather. Is the inn of Kanpo one standard for cooking? When you look at the list page of the inn of the Arima Onsen Tourism Association HP, it is often displayed as ”one person travel OK”, but it does not appear in the HP plan of the inn. It is not understood considering the management of the inn. I want 2 food because the sashimi and pot materials on the table are not different. It is not old but not new. It is a building of the times, and it is convenient to be able to stay at the price for traveling alone. It seems that the management mother body will change from April. I hope it will be more convenient.
JJapaneseosakaLibmax is located all over Japan, but there is not much good memories until now. Had the lowest image in the hotel chain, but here is very good. Of course it is new, but the design sense such as wallpaper is good, the bed is comfortable, and the temperature adjustment and water pressure of the shower are very good. It was good to have no dirt, although it felt like a rib max in each room with a microwave oven. The coffee of the UCC drop bag was delicious. Personally the most happy thing is that the wind volume of the hair dryer is strong. The room is a bit compact, but there is no tightness at all, and it is an ordinary size as a business hotel. The bathtub is large enough and cleaning is well done. (Of course, there are still new ones). One thing that's unfortunate is that. On the morning of the first day of the stay, the lower of the shower bed holder was loosened and the screw was loosened and the hot water was put out, and the bed was violent and inconvenient, so I asked the front desk to repair it. When I came back at night It was not fixed. I examined it myself, but it seems that the bis used is too short or there is no proper foundation in the lining, and it is not possible to change it to the anchor bolt thing now, and it is not possible to do it now, and it is not possible to do it now I think it is a construction mistake of the tobus, but one bis in two is not tightened. I don't know if it's not cured, but it's just the content that I put in the morning, so I think there was a message when I received the card key that I had left back and there was no communication. The people at the front desk are just going to respond politely, but the cooperation is not good. I want you to use it in practical terms.
Mmanetantan Close to the nearest Oishi station and was like a residential area. I had to transfer to Koshien Stadium and Himeji. Only shower, but I think it is better for the main tourist than accommodation. There was a drag store next to it, and it was convenient to buy a little snack.
