The hotel is located not too far away from
The JR Bus station. There is a free shuttle bus service to and from the hotel. It is also a short walk to the ropeway station going up to the Roku mountain.
Overall, staff services is good. Dinner and breakfast are great. Despite the hotel appears to be a little old, it preserves a traditional Japanese setting and relax atmosphere. It id worth to revisit.

First experience in an onsen and ryokan in general. An excellent hotel, although it has seen better days. Good quality and varied food, mostly classic Japanese cuisine, but for lovers of European cuisine and for children there will be something to treat themselves to at the buffet.
The onsens are wonderful, equipped with everything necessary, as care and hygiene products they offer locally produced products. I recommend it as a first option because of the proximity to Kobe and Osaka, but on weekends the price is very high.
Nevertheless, thanks to the staff for their kindness and hospitality:)

Bus stop call hotel Shuttle Bus immediately come to pick up.
The service of the hotel staff was super good, one employee walked us through the location and facilities of the hotel while another employee helped us get our souvenir bags in the back, the environment was beautiful.
Of the three hot spring areas, two of which are outdoors, soaking in the hot springs feels super comfortable, with one evening seeing the stars during the dip. I soaked for an hour🥰
Dinner, thought it was kaiseki cuisine, but it turned out to be a semi-buffet a little disappointed, the food was not hot enough.

整體環境氣氛好好，一泊兩食食物質素好高。
溫泉有分露天及室內，又分兩個大溫泉一個細温泉。溫泉有間小賣部的手信禮品店，買的禮品幾有特色。
唯一缺點是房間裏面廁所同埋浴室設備真係太殘舊，房間本身都係全和式，但有時有少少蚊蟲飛入房。
