The rooms are spacious, and massage chairs and VOD services are available for free, but the room I stayed in had a loud vent fan that was bothersome when I went to sleep. The bathroom was also unusually large, and my wife, who stayed with me, was afraid that it was too large and scary. There was also a free refrigerator in addition to the refrigerator that contained food and drinks for a fee, but it was difficult to find, and I only noticed it the next day. The building is not very new, and although it was well maintained, it seemed that it was old. The free Wi-Fi at the facility had poor reception, so I didn't feel like using it. I'm a repeat customer. It's larger and quieter than hotels in town. It's in the mountains, but if you drive, it's about 15 minutes from Ikuta River in Sannomiya through the Rokko Tunnel towards Minoya to Karatohigashi, so if you know how to get there, it's great value for money.

I stayed overnight with my child without meals. The bed was spacious and the three of us could sleep together. I wouldn't say the room was perfectly clean, but considering the age of the hotel, it was a reasonable room. The bed sheets were crisp and comfortable. The towels were fluffy as usual, but the gowns for both men and women had shrunk in the wash and were so small they were like children's sizes that I couldn't wear them. I didn't mind the attitude of the receptionist, as I thought they were probably busy due to a shortage of staff.

I've stayed at the same hotel on a whim in the past, but the room I was able to get this time was stepped, very spacious, and felt like a suite, which was great. I didn't eat this time, but the food and drink options were plentiful and it was great. The only negative point was that there was dust accumulated on the foot massage machine, and when I turned it on, the dust flew everywhere.
