The airport to the pier takes half an hour by car, and the speedboat takes about half an hour. The hotel has a car to pick up and it takes more than ten minutes to arrive. There is a welcome gift at the lobby. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is very new, with complete facilities. The room is spacious and bright, with a full sea view, and is cleaned twice a day. The surrounding ecological environment is good, and there are many ghost crabs on the beach in front of the hotel. It is very close to Hong Island in Krabi from the pier. The hotel has rich vegetation, beautiful environment, and a great swimming pool. The breakfast is complete, the Western restaurant and Japanese cuisine are delicious, and the cocktails can be delivered to the room and the waiter will mix them on the spot. In short, everything is great. I hope I can go again during the holiday next year.

The room is very big, and the bunk bed is loved by the kids. The breakfast is bad, and there are few proteins except eggs. The kid who is allergic to eggs ate sausage for three days. During the National Day, I wanted to have a lobster buffet to harvest Chinese leeks, but I underestimated the fighting power of Chinese people. The seafood plates were empty from 6 o'clock to 9 o'clock, and basically they were all gone. Moreover, it was not consistent with the pictures. The lobster was not Australian lobster or blue lobster. I don't know what it is. The seafood only has tiger prawns, squid and fish meat, but it costs 1900🐷🙄. It's terrible. The housekeeping is extremely slow. The green light started at 9 o'clock in the morning, but it was not cleaned at 13 o'clock. I called and urged him for an hour, but he didn't come. At 2 o'clock, the kid couldn't hold it anymore. I called and got angry, and someone came to clean the room. I had a spa, the price is comparable to Shanghai five-star hotels, but that's fine. It's not as comfortable as LANN, but that's fine. What's most disappointing is that after the spa, my friend and I wanted to lie down, and after chatting for 5 minutes, he came to urge us to leave! I was really drunk, and we didn't lie there for an hour. Anyway, the overall feeling was not good.

Surroundings 3 points: Eating in the surrounding area, except for the CHILL CHILL restaurant 1.3 kilometers away, you can call the boss lady for free pick-up. If you want to go to other places, you need to rent a motorcycle. Otherwise, you can eat at the hotel. The buffet restaurant is not open in the off-season. The beach restrant tastes very good, but the price is a bit expensive. It would be best if there is a discount on dining. Service 5 points: Really warm, they greet you from the bottom of their hearts when they see you. Our English is average, but they are not tired of communicating with you. When negotiating the breakfast issue, the manager directly exempted the 4-year-old child from 4 nights of breakfast, which was a surprise. Activity facilities 4 points: There are not many activities, the kids club closes at 18:00, and there are almost no activities at night. I hope this will be improved. Finally, I would like to praise Ctrip. Due to the inconsistency between the catering content of the package and the hotel, they gave a 10% discount on the room rate after communication, and the handling result is satisfactory.

There is no public transportation on the island, and you need to rent a motorcycle to travel, which is not very convenient. 3. There are few entertainment activities on the island. The hotel has some activities, but the staff did not introduce them, so it is not particularly clear. Recommended for people who like quietness and are not in a hurry~
