1. Hotel / rooms: nice room, not huge but OK. Quiet and save area. 2. Restaurant: Variety and qualty very good. For breakfast one can also go to the "Ile de pain" which serves world class bread. 3. Staff: all very friendly and reliable. Good value for money

A fantastic hotel. Lovely location. Spacious apartment with lots of amenities. Alan with is excellent advice on things to do and restaurant recommendations and bookings made it very memorable. Would definitely recommend this place. Will definitely be back here. Knysna is also a beautiful place.

The facility is beautiful, in a renovated historic building. Our apartment was spacious and well decorated. We enjoyed sunset overlookimg the bay in tne deck. The staff was very helpful, especially the concierge Dylan. He was so welcoming, friendly interesting and helpful. He suggested some fabulous hikes one in Wildnerness and one in Plettenburg Bay.

BRILLIANT !! From check in to check out - the hospitality and service at this place was just top notch !! The food - a limited Menu - but amazing food. We visited Knysna in the first week of June with our three kids. The location is amazing, a short walk from Thessen Islands best bars and restaurants. The rooms - well appointed, super comfortable, ample space - we got the loft family room which was more than enough for the five of us. Alan, Dylan, Rashida and Luvo - I wish i remembered more names - but every one was just so nice and helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make our three night stay that much nicer and memorable. I wouldnt think twice about booking here. Cant wait to be back - thank you Lofts !!

We travelled with kids - 2 couples - 4 kids, 13/13/10/10. We took the family lofts. The place is simply remarkable. From check in to check out, the food, the service, the staff - Alan, Dylan, Rashida and Luvo to name a few. - can’t wait to come back. Can’t get a better spot to stay at in Knysna !!! The greeting at check In, the rooms, the food, the whole ambience of the hotel. One of the baths in my room wasn’t working, the staff actually gave me an extra room - and said - all yours to use ! Anything we asked for was brought to the room within seconds. The kids just did not want to leave. I don’t have enough words to say what an amazing time we had at the property!!

We had an amazing stay there. We stayed for two nights. The bed is big and comfortable. The staff all came singing with a cake for my husbands birthday! Nice view on the lake from our room and on the dek is lovely. Downstairs you can get some snacks and refreshments after hours.

Wir kennen sehr viele Hotels, das Lofts ist ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel, super Service an der Rezeption, es wurden sehr viele Tipps abgegeben, einfach alles TOP. Besser geht nicht. War das beste Hotel auf unser Garden Route. Wirklich ein Boutique Hotel! Macht weiter so, ein grosses Lob von uns. Die Appartements sind auch super schön und das Restaurant ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet!!! Die Lage, besser geht nicht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
