Beautiful hotel conveniently situated close to the waterfront and restaurants. The standard double room was comfortable and spacious, with added features such as a coffee station and wi-fi. We were very pleased with the variety of breakfast options and had a delicious dinner at the Saltwater Bistro. The staff were friendly and service exceptional.

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and I can just imagine how lovely it would be in the summer time around the pool area. Restaurant put on a very good breakfast and added extra touches for heritage day. The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Restaurant for dinner was a bit overpriced but it is well located and many other restaurants close by to choose from!

Very nice clean and service friendly hotel only 5 minutes walk from Knysna marina. Close to all the restaurants and many attractions close to the hotel. Buffet breakfast is great. Great for business and leisure travel. Rooms are very clean with large king beds and a great walk-in shower. Downstairs, you have a Bistro that's serves not only breakfast but lunch and dinner too. Guarded parking in the hotel premises. And a pool too, although not heated, a great way to cool off after a hard day viewing the local sights or working.

A SUPERIOR level of service… wow!! I stayed for 8 days & the staff (from security to the ladies cleaning the rooms to the friendly waitresses at Salt Water Bistro & Clarence & the excellent Manager in the restaurant tonight - Im blown away! ⭐️

My stay was presidential and even beyond that. I would like to applaude the hotel staff from the receptionists, security personnel, restaurant staff and cleaning staff for their exceptional hospitality. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Definitely would be back.

Lovely hotel with amazing staff, a great restaurant / bar and location close to the waterfront. Thuli at the restaurant took great care of us for the entire duration. Some noise at the early hours of the morning and no international plugs in room. Outside of that, totally recommend.

Customer service was amazing, and food service was brilliant, employees always had a smile on their face and was able to assist with any questions of the Hotel. This hotel is situated in a perfect area where you close to the lagoon its walking distance and the view are just the best.

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a Mercury Holidays tour. Lovely friendly hotel in a good location near to the marina. Spacious bedroom,very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast delicious. Highly recommended.
