Service and Hospitality were top notch! The room was spacious and fully equipped. Everyone was courteous, helpful, and accommodating. Highly recommended, located in a great area, close to restaurants, theaters, and shopping. Had to pay to park in their garage, however it was convenient, secure and we walked to everything. Breakfast was great and there was a Starbucks and Lounge (bar) on main floor. Also had a 2nd floor rooftop outdoor space that was very nice.

Perfect location for downtown Knoxville shopping and dining. The showers have an issue with getting the floor very wet. Like flooded wet. I actually fell twice trying to maneuver the floor. I mentioned to the staff and they were very apologetic. No one’s fault… except maybe the building engineers 🤔. Anyway, suggested adding extra bathroom towel mats. I will for sure be staying again. That was just a small issue.

Over the years I have become disenchanted some of the Marriott properties. This property has reinstated my love for Marriott properties. From the check-in, to having to stay longer and the wonderful breakfast included with my stay has made this great trip. I will be back to visit my son often, and will always stay at this property. Truly a home away from home. Thanks again.
