Room not too clean. A bit smelly odour. Others superb. Near food restaurant, near bus terminal n ktm.

Never expect the hotel to exceed my expectation. Thought solo so no need to spend so much but the location, overall vibe is great.

Horrible experience. We waited over 30 minutes to check in because the person in charge was nowhere to be found.

Exterior looks run down, but glad the interior is well kept and clean. Need to take starts up to the lobby. (thank god no luggage carry)
Room is pleasant, clean except the pillow is to high and hard.
Area at night is pretty quite and male environment. Felt safe though. Alot of eateries , massage and e iconic Kluang Bridge was jus a walking distance.

Simply clean room, pretty good sleep, except the pillows rather too high for both of us, good location.
