I went in for a signature facial and had Sephra as my esthetician. I had a wonderful experience. The facial felt great and the neck, shoulder and arm massage was very relaxing. Sephra was very knowledgeable and kind. The spa itself was clean and calming; just what you want in a spa! The online booking process was very easy. I’ll be back for other treatments.

We enjoyed our stay here. I booked through tripadvisor, but the hotel did not have our reservation. Thankfully I had the email confirmation and they got us a room, no hassle. The room was spacious and clean and my kids enjoyed the pool. As others noted, they are not offering breakfast at this time, but there is a McDonald's literally steps away. Not my breakfast of choice, but it will do.

Alaina at the front desk was extremely helpful when we checked in and through out our stay. She went above and beyond in meeting our needs. Our room was clean and comfortable. I requested a roll in shower when I called to make this reservation with Joyce. We received an accessible room with a tub and a bench, not a roll in shower. Alaina did her best to make me comfortable in this situation. Joyce, please reserve a roll in shower when requested.

The rooms on the back overlooking the lake are nice because there are a lot of waterfowl to observe. The pool is small but warm enough for a swim. The hotel breakfast was extensive. The room is large and bathroom nice. I hate the newer Marriott mattresses as they are very soft and unsupportive for my spine and I have trouble sleeping well on them. There is a super-annoying blinking light on some device on the ceiling over the bed, which seems to have a motion detector as it blinks faster when you move around or get up in the dark. It may be attached to the a/c which I always turn off at night. There's also a bright-ish light on the remote control unit for the automatic blinds. Bring a sleep mask or throw a black t-shirt over your eyes to sleep here if you're sensitive to lights. The staff was very good.

This was expensive for what it is. I'm not sure what it is trying to be - crossed between a hotel and a motel, but not really either. Check in was painfully slow, just one lady on reception and they have a complicated system with their door codes where they use you're phone number but the lady has to do that then show you how it works, the lady ahead of me couldn't get hers to work so the receptionist had to them leave everyone in reception to go and let her in. The room was clean and tidy, I'd say it was a motel room at a hotel price. Not really in the best location for being near things, but that's not their fault. A pretty neutral experience really.

The only reason we stayed here is our power was scheduled to be off all night in our local town. So we booked a room. We had stayed here before. Prior to the update. First things first; it’s a 4 story hotel and only ice machines on floor 1 and 3. This isn’t convenient. 2nd. When they did the upgrades they failed to put the sofa back. Seriously? Where are two people supposed to sit? There is one chair in the corner and one chair at the desk. I guess a couple isn’t supposed to sit together? This is just ridiculous. And not comfortable at all! We asked the front desk and she said all the rooms are that way. But we can get you a folding chair. UM NO I can drive to the nearest store and buy one.. Horrible. The size of the dining room is small too. I can only imagine breakfast will be no place to sit. Sorry Holiday in for the 180.00 we paid for the room you didn’t make it convenient at all. And we will not ever stay here again. Very disappointed!
