They did not answer our question before we arrived.
An automatic message informs us (few days before) that the main building is air-conditioned but the others are not. I send a message (5 days before, during this period our reservation can be canceled free of charge) to find out where our room will be and if there is air conditioning... no answer.
I inform them that we have an 8 month old baby and that it is important for us to have air conditioning.
When we arrived, the receptionist could not find a solution because the hotel was full.
Maybe if you read your customers' message first, you can find a solution before they arrive. And if there is no availability, we understand and modify our choice of hotel.
It's August, it's very hot and we haven't slept well as a result (adults and babies alike). I recommend that you choose a hotel with air conditioning.
If you have a special request, no one can help you.
Additionally, there is no equipment for disabled people, strollers or heavy luggage.
However, the beakfast is good.
The beach is cool but not at the front of the hotel, you have to cross the road.
We will not come back.
