位置好，景色優美，可以看到阿尓卑詩雪山。出行方便，早餐也非常丰富，前台人员热情周到，服务很好。唯一不足的是停车费比较贵20歐一晚。

It's a very good hotel and well placed just a 10 minute walk to the lift station. The food is varied and very good,the spa is very welcome at the end of the day with sauna and steam cabins available. The lounge bar room is big and comfortable. In the main staff are very friendly, special mention to the Greek waitress in the stuble restaurant who was very friendly and efficient. The dark haired lady at reception should consider the effects of her demeanour on guests as she looked at times as if she disliked her job ?! I would stay at the hotel again if I returned to Kitzbuhel

7 minute walk from the main gondy. Perfectly adequate rooms. We were on the street facing on the third floor and did get woken a few times during the week with people going home leathered and shouty.... The staff were great. The sauna area was awesome..... Would be better if it opened before 16.00 for those who were injured or the conditions were too terrible to ride in and couldn't access the facilities...... I have to note though, the food was arguably the best Ive had in over 25 years of travelling for skiing. Absolutely brilliant. And I'm A veggie. The non meat options were brilliant. Bravo to the chef!!!

We had a great week Jan 2025 skiing, hotel was superb...breakfast was plentiful dinner was very good...above all else the service was class...everyone so nice and friendly. Our room was top floor and was ideal for us , very big comfy bed and clean towels every day, only short walk into town and to Hanenkaam lift, definitely recommend and would love to return.

Sehr unflexibel! Über Silvester sind nur 5 Tage möglich. Dies ist ja okay aber, es war in unserem gewünschten Zeitraum kein. Zimmer frei, weshalb wir zuerst für 1 Nacht in ein anderes Zimmer hätten müssen und dann umziehen. Dies hätten wir ja getan. Der Witz an der Sache… diese eine Nacht hätte nicht zu dem 5 Nächten dazu gezählt.. bei Umzug muss das neue Zimmer 5 Tage bezogen sein und die eine Nacht von dem anderen Zimmer, zählt nicht dazu. Nicht nachvollziehbar. Die Parkplatzsituation mehr als ein paar bescheiden ; selbst zum Be - und Entladen. Die Zimmer sehr einfach. Für einen Preis pro Nacht von fast 700 €, schwierig. Aber, wie sagt man so schön, die Nachfrage regelt das Angebot. Das Zimmer wurde 2 mal nicht gereinigt obwohl wir um 11 Uhr das Hotel verlassen hatten. Wir sind dann nach der 3. Nacht abgereist. Es gab keine Erstattung, nicht einmal für das Frühstück, was wir ja schlecht einnehmen konnten, wenn wir nicht mehr da sind.oder einen Espresso an der Bar aufs Haus. Die Bar finde ich, ist wirklich sehr nett und auch das Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Der Standort selbst ist super, wenn man gerne mitten in Kitzbühel wohnt

Leider wenig kundenfreundlich. Eine versehentliche Falschbuchung (3 Tage gebucht statt 2Tage) wurde obwohl innerhalb von 5 Minuten telefonisch u. per mail korrigiert, nicht akzeptiert. Es gab nicht das geringste Entgegenkommen, obwohl das Hotel nicht einmal zur Hälfte ausgebucht war. Tenor: Gebucht ist gebucht die Buchung zählt und nicht der Kunde. Auf eine längerfristige Stammkundschaft liegt wohl keinen Wert.
