Ocak 21_23 arasında otelde konakladık. Yorumlarda asansör yok dediler evet yok ama zaten girişten 5 basamak çıkınca 2.kat a gelmiş oluyorsunuz, ailelere de kolaylık sağlıyorlar. Kahvaltısı yemeği vasay diye yorumlar vardı, 2 gün konakladık kahvaltısı akşam yemeği lezzet temizlik ve çeşitlilik açısından ***et tatmin ediciydi. Odamız 2.günün sabahından tekrar temizlenmiş tüm havlular değiştirilmiş eksikler tamamlanmıştı. 2 gün tatişimizden memnun ayrılmamıza sebep olan başta İsmail bey olmak üzere bütün the sıgn esentepe çalışanlarına, mutfak ekibine çok teşekkür ederim. İsmail beye ayrıca çözüm odaklı olmasından ötürü de teşekkür ediyorum. Kayak merkezi yeni başlayanlar için acemiliği atmak için çok yeterli bir pisti var.eğer yeni başlıyorsanız burası idealdir.profesyonellere yeterli gelmeyebilir:) kayak merkezi çalışanlarına da teşekkür ediyorum.

A nail got into the tire of one of our vehicles, a tire repairman was immediately called and the vehicle was repaired and brought back. We want a fire outside, not 1 but 2 fires are lit. We want music and a large amplifier is brought. If you want to rest and have a little change of mind, I definitely recommend you to go. The cleanliness of the rooms and general areas is good. Thanks to the friends at the front office, they always tried to help and they did. The SPA was especially successful. The lobby cannot handle the hotel's occupancy, you cannot find a place to sit. On New Year's Eve, we wanted to have fun, but we had more trouble with the long weather and TSM. As if it wasn't enough, a guest artist was removed and deeper second spring songs were sung. We even had to serve the ice that came to the table with our hands. Mediocre in terms of entertainment. It's really sad, it was a New Year's Eve where you didn't get what you paid for. If you replaced the orchestra with a simple DJ and a belly dancer, it could have been a night where people had fun.

My brother came to this hotel to train as a camp with his school's football club. 13 of 26 children had food poisoning. Apparently the hotel's food is either bad or its water is contaminated. My brother, who went out of town for the first time away from his family, came back with a very bad experience. Both students and their coaches were victimized. I hope this issue is resolved soon and future customers do not have the same bad experience.
