Hotels Near Nakamura Residence in Kitanakagusuku

As I booked fairly early, I got an excellent deal. It was well worth it. The location wasn't too difficult to find, especially if you do your homework on Google Map. The staff, as expected, was very friendly and helpful. I didn't find one who spoke English but they still tried their best to communicate. There was plenty of parking on the lower floors of the hotel with elevator access to the other floors. The size of the room was good and bigger than the average Japanese hotel rooms. The major disappointment was the setups in the room. There was no closet, dresser or even hooks on the wall for clothing. The toilet and the bath area were separated as normal for many Japanese hotels. However, they were separated far enough and that the toilet area has no soap or even place to put soap that made it a little inconvenient. We were given only one keycard at first, which was not good but accepted. But what we didn't realize was that even the mini-frig in the room was connected to this power grid. That's something I have never seen in any of the hotels I stayed in before. In other words, when we leave the room and took the keycard with us, everything we put in the mini-frig became warm. The free breakfast was good but the restaurant was toward the small size. It doesn't have to be full to get quite crowded with limited space to move about. Overall, it was okay.

Nice view, great customer service and other services including rental car, shuttle bus between airport and the hotel, rides between its parking lots and the hotel , and 12pm check out time. There was mold on the bathroom wall, moss on pool side wall and roof of pool room looked old with black stains . I heard people talking on the hallway very clearly from a room so I was careful being quiet walking with my kids on the hallway. 
The elevator closes quickly and no motion detect sensor so had to be careful. When my kids got off from the elevator before me, the door closed when I tried to get off. I pressed the “open” button but it didn’t work and took me to another floor level…fortunately, my kids were still waiting for me when I went back to them.
There wasn’t much Okinawan dish in the Buffet except breakfast. Lunch and Dinner were same menus. Driving street by the hotel isn’t easy for beginner drivers….streets are narrow and many blinds spot. Be careful driving around the neighbourhood. However, customers service was outstanding, and it was all good experience with the reasonable price. In addition, it was hard to get taxis in rural areas in Okinawa. It seems they have cut off numbers of taxis since Covid has happened. Staffs by the front door can help for calling taxes if you are riding from hotel.

The hotel is very special, full of design style, and very popular. The room is very simple, but the slippers and toiletries provided are very good. Although the room is not very big, it actually has a microwave. It is better than some star hotels. It is a satisfying stay experience. Highly recommended.

Then, I was given a number tag saying, ”We accept it in order, so please wait with this number.” .. When 50 minutes have passed, I look for the staff again and check how long it will take, and he said, ”I can't understand the time. It takes time to confirm because there is a confirmation of the coupon.” Change the question and I ”How long are there waiting?” Staff ”Please wait .. There are 9 more groups in front of you.” I ”How long is it taking for one group?” Staff ”About 15 minutes” Me ”Does it take more than 90 minutes !?” (I don't have a calculation (; ^_^) Staff ”Yes” I'm surprised and can't speak. .. I've already waited for 50 minutes, but more than 90 minutes? ?? ?? I know I can definitely wait for more than 30 minutes If so, there may be a way to guide you in advance, or to leave your luggage first and put it in a hot spring or pool ... I was angry at this response from the first day. Also two months ago Despite his appointment, he said, ”I upgraded to a room above one for free because it will be a very popular room.” I thanked you, but when I went to the room The door is half open? I can hear people's voices from inside. I was surprised to see the cleaner 々. Isn't it an upgrade or a staff reception mistake? I was convinced. The view is not good if it is a family room. I would like to review the system at check-in and review the education of the staff.

The location was in the perfect spot, close to shopping, restaurants and the water. The amenities were great, but just be prepared to pay to gain access to the pool it is not part of the package. The food and the cost of breakfast were the only downfalls. Otherwise, this was an awesome first experience in Okinawa! Loved it!

Good location and hygiene. Unfortunately, the hotel car park was full when I arrived. The front desk staff offered a free room upgrade which I considered as a compensation. If you don’t have special requests on accommodation, this hotel will be a suitable option.

the place is not very convenient, however, if you're driving, it wouldn't be a big issue. There's a convenience store on the ground floor but it closes very early. They're charging 1500 yen per day for parking the reception is located on the 9/F and the check-in is over the machine by scanning the travel documents. The view is very nice and the room is pretty clean but i wouldn't say that it's kids friendly or really suitable for family trip with young kids

Clean hotel, city view. There is a shopping mall nearby, the location is good. Overall, it wasn't bad. However, the front desk's response was a bit uncomfortable. I went to the front to request more towels, but the male staff asked me too much about my request , even at the end, I was able to receive towers after being kind of warned not to use it outside.. I have no reason to carry a heavy towel outside. I don't know if it's because I requested an extra tower than the number of guests in my room , but I guess asking for just an extra towel isn’t such a serious request. I understand the strict response, but also hope to consider the comfort of guests. Anyway, I was uncomfortable with this, but the rest was generally fine.

One of the best hotel with breakfast i do recommend, variety of foods and drinks, Italian Pasta, American breakfast and many more. Everything absolutely delicious. The room very comfortable and good location. Staffs are very helpful. Highly recommend!

The brand of Hotel Nikko is really guaranteed. Every hotel employee, including the doorman, check in counter, and restaurant, provides first-class service. However, the employees at the swimming pool are less smiling and have a dark face when taking towels. I wonder if it has something to do with the strong sun? Since I stayed for three nights, I could taste breakfast in three different restaurants. Except for the Japanese restaurant staff who introduced breakfast food to us, the staff of the other two Western-style restaurants did not introduce us to the breakfast content. I saw the staff Each group of Japanese guests was introduced to the breakfast content. I wonder if they have forgotten it. The beach is so beautiful, you can do snorkeling, and you can see a lot of fish! We stayed in a sea-view terrace twin room. We could see the sunset every night in the room, which was very romantic. There is a charge for parking, and 1,000 yen can be used for the entire stay. We had a great holiday and I will definitely stay here again.
