The room I booked that day was over 800 RMB. From the corridor to the room, the whole thing was very old, and the elevator always made noises. If you make a normal reservation for a hotel of this level, you can only accept 350 RMB.
There are many cheap parking lots around, but the hotel staff did not inform us that the opposite side is the car park. Later, I saw that the opposite side was the most expensive. The front desk took away the parking ticket without telling us. We searched for it for a long time and thought we had lost it. Later, we asked and found out that it was returned to the guests the next day.
The sound insulation is pretty good.

２ The floor is at the front desk and you can issue two room keys with the check-in machine. When I checked in, I found out that it was a low floor on the 3rd floor, so I thought it was a game, but probably because it was New Year's Eve, the outside was relatively quiet and I could hardly hear any noise, and there is a hotel. Difference I couldn't hear any sound. Although it is a double bed, it is large, so I could sleep two people with plenty of room. It includes mineral water service. There is a drip coffee service on the front floor. The restaurant that can be seen from the street seems to be the breakfast venue. The only thing I was worried about was that the shower head was too high and too low. It was a stable Daiwa Roynet

The hotel was good overall, but I didn't receive any emails from trip.com or the hotel mentioning a password to enter the hotel beforehand, and even when we called the phone number written on the wall at the door no one responded. Fortunately, there were other guests in the hotel who opened the door for us, but when we checked in Trip.com did not provide a check in number, we couldn't do self check in at all, and we called several tablets on the phone before someone got through. We were frustrated with so many problems as we had two children in our peers. Trip.com did not provide any assistance at all during the whole process, so I will not book Rakuten Hotel through Trip.com in the future.

You had everything you need whenever it come to JR hotel, the train station are always packed with foodies and whatever necessities you need like matsumoto kiyoshi.
Fell ill this time when i arrived and the helpful staff though can't speak english well, try to help me identify the shop to get med and i greatly appreciate their customer service.
Foodies street right below of the hotel, with Shin shin ramen, skewer and kinda a party foodies street.
Very convenient but i dont think i will visit kokura so often but i will be back to this hotel if required.

Convenient hotel in front of JR Ogura station north exit. It is one of the oldest hotels in JR Kyushu Hotel, and there is a part that the room facilities are obsolete, but the room is cleaned and the renovation seems to have been done, and there is a feeling of cleanliness. The accommodation fee is also cheap in front of the station. There was no noise in the next room which tended to be in a cheap hotel, and it was possible to spend comfortably. From the room, the Shinkansen platform was able to be seen, and if the ear was clear, the bell of the departure was heard, so it was good as a railway lover. I think it is cheaper to stay here even if you pay transportation costs because the hotel fee in Hakata is high. (If you make a net reservation, you can use the Hakata-Ogura limited Express seat (the same amount of free seats) １４７０ yen) And the happy thing is that breakfast is free. There are some parts that are difficult to say that the menu is substantial, but I think it is enough because it is a free breakfast. Chocolate croissant and coffee were delicious. The staff is also good and I want to use it after the next time.

The convenient point is that the limousine bus stop at Kitakyushu Airport is in front of you. There is also a convenience store there. The trouble is that the heating in winter is weak. When I stayed two years ago, I made the temperature setting of the room 30 degrees Max in February, but it is only about 24 degrees, and it is the place of the thermometer, and the temperature of the body is colder I got a blanket and went to bed. Also, when I drained the bath, the floor of the toilet was overflowing with hot water and I had to repair it. If it was not midwinter, the bed was large and might be good.

In the hotel there is a laundry machine with cost.

MMakimoonIt was a late check-in, but he politely explained the membership system. Even if you check in at 3 places, you were responding to customers who lined up. The room was very clean and I thought it was as the word ３ at the front desk. The parking lot was very affordable and handmade breakfast was prepared. Kitakyushu has a good business of handmade breakfast and is one of the fun. I was surprised that I was working after 22 o'clock and was near the front desk at 8 o'clock in the morning. I might be a manager, but I wanted to work hard so that I couldn't work too much. Although it was a single, the bed was spacious and comfortable. I was able to sleep enough with my son of an elementary school student. I want to use it if I have another chance. If the frequency increases, I want to become a member. There was a humidifier in the room and it was saved.

You can have a drink with a welcome drink with coffee or lemon pickled fruits. Bathing agents and cheeks. The room is not small and clean with a good size. The shower head was a little disappointing because it was not a neck swing, but there was no problem if you had it in your hand. Breakfast is equipped with a fashionable cafe in the store and you can choose the standard number and the daily number. 1000 yen with one plate. I'm not good at yogurt, but I'm sure I'll come with it, so I can only say I don't need it. I thought I wanted something else. Near the hotel, there are many reasonable shops to eat, close to downtown Ogura, and I think it is a good business hotel overall.

Ssai HyaIn conclusion, it was the best accommodation for this trip, but there were several issues.
Obviously, there is a luggage storage service in the accommodation service, but when I arrived, it was operated unmanned and I couldn't get any service. It's ridiculous to start your journey with your luggage.
And there was an issue in my room where the door lock didn't work, and I was able to solve this problem in an hour through a conversation with the manager. (The door wasn't closed tight, so I had to push it with strength.)
The room was in the best condition and everything in the bathroom and toilet was good. There were some inconveniences, but I told the master well and said that he would fix it, so I think it will be a better hotel.

CchiecyanIt is convenient to start the marathon. The tournament starts at 9 o'clock, but it is enough to check out after 8 o'clock here! (Luggage deposit is until 8:30) I was able to relax and spend a valuable time. If you are the second runner of the pair marathon, I think it would be good to move to Ogura station and leave large luggage such as suitcases in coin locker.

HHONGTen minutes from the train station, the hotel is small, Japanese-style rooms, and light. After we registered, we went to play, the luggage was already in the room, and the bed could help you. The hot springs are upstairs, and several layers have been forgotten. I changed the yukata to the raft, and there were few people in the bubble. Breakfast is on the second floor, the meal is simple, overall Kokura is quiet, this hotel is also quiet. OOtterbox_12I loved everything about the guest house. Our own lockers and storage were perfect, the living room was so homey it felt like a living room. People were nice and spoke Japanese as well as English. I came to japan looking for a full, immersive experience and this was the perfect place. Fun location next to markets, bars, food, close to Kokura castle and the river walk. To me, it’s a better way to experience japan instead of a hostel where everyone only speaks English, and you might forget you’re traveling in another country. I loved it, for me it was home.
