Lovely location. Good room and sea view. Just find it very annoying that you have to pay for a fridge at €5 per day. However thought I would as I would like cold drinks in my room. Went to on site shop only to be told they don't sell cans of coke or milk! Pointless renting the fridge then ! No tea and coffee in room. Again happy to just pay extra but want fresh milk. May seem trivial but I need these basics in my room and fail to see the issue providing it.

I had a great stay, it’s a lovely easy-going and relaxing hotel with such friendly staff that helped me when I lost my debit card! I was on my own for a work trip and felt really comfortable and safe. I had some great food that I was allowed to eat round the pool and it was also so nice and quiet with a handy shop next door and a restaurant just 1 minute walk away. Thankyou!

I’ve stayed & worked in many hotels in my life. For a 3* hotel it’s lovely; great views, its own beach & lagoon, clean pools & wonderful staff. Yes it could do with a little updating in one or two areas but ALL hotels could! It’s a big hotel & can hold a few thousand people at its busiest times. If you choose to get up late be prepared to queue for the breakfast buffet for about 3 minutes. There are rude people from every part of the world & some amazing people from Eastern Europe! It’s a buffet - be prepared to carry your own drinks but if you asked I’m sure a member of staff would help. As far as I’m aware the hotel doesn’t promote itself as disabled friendly so worth doing your research first according to your disability. There are several toilets by the big pool next to the beach but as there is no toilet attendant (it’s 3* don’t forget!) it doesn’t get cleaned every 5 minutes. ALL staff are lovely but like any normal person, friendlier towards more approachable people. The entertainment is adequate but if you need constant entertainment go somewhere else but it’s more a hotel for relaxing. It’s worth booking B&B, upgrading to half board for half your stay & go out & pay double for a different choice if you’re fussy. Yes it can get busy in the restaurant but the staff are lovely. No demented animals work there. Like most places in Europe there are are tables that smokers can sit at. If there’s anything you can’t cope with the staff will always go out of their way to make things right, steep hills, food…. You see the cleaners all day from 6.30am- 5pm. So always clean & tidy We all have choices. If you don’t like somewhere don’t bother to go back - simple! Find a 5* hotel, apartment or villa. The fact that there are many people who do return & many staff have been there 20-30 years & as happy as the day they started, speaks volumes!

Excellent hotel plenty of sunbeds. Special mention must go to all the staff very friendly and helpful. Fantastic views from the room and a lovely beach and lagoon pool. I recommend bring some snorkel masks and swimming wild you will see plenty of fish. We stayed bed and breakfast, the breakfast was a little disappointing basic and repetitive but in truth this was only a minor imposition.

Just finished a weeks stay at the hotel & all was okay. We were half board but only ate in the hotel for 2 of the evenings, a roast & oriental theme didn’t flat out boats. Restaurant across from the hotel was super as was Hatmony up on the main road. Breakfasts were good, decent choice and quality okay. Room was spacious and lovely view, air con worked well. Paid extra for a fridge, I’ve stayed in 3 star hotels that had a fridge as standard so the excuse that they are 3 star & don’t need as standard really doesn’t wash. Hated the fact that by 8.30 am latest all the beds on beach and jetty were reserved but to be fair, most people did use those sunbeds by 10.30 and not always left all day. Didn’t find the staff very friendly with the exception of one female bar staff in the evenings. Info was poor, didn’t get told there was a happy hour. Told on last day by someone you could hire beach towels but no info anywhere. The towels get dirty as the beach is more dusty than sandy. Sea was beautiful so advise taking snorkel stuff. Shop attached wasn’t overpriced. Towels in room were a bit thin & often had holes in them. Recommend a day trip on wave dancer, book online for best price. We were blessed with beautiful weather and relaxed.
