Struttura strategica perche' e' sulla strada per la laguna di Balos , camere vista mare , moderne , spaziose , con angolo cottura , cassaforte nell'armadio , letto comodissimo , pulizia ottima , grande TV e un WiFi potentissimo in ogni zona . Fantastico svegliarsi con l'alba davanti ! Il pezzo forte e' il ristorante , per noi e' stato ottimo , come quantita' e come varieta' di cucina greca ottima sia a colazione che a cena . Grande attenzione all'ambiente senza bustine di carta o monodose in plastica . Personale gentile e disponibile . Spiaggia accessibile di sassi , piscine pulite e con molti lettini attorno , servizio bar in piscina . Per noi e' da consigliare sicuramente

Superbe hôtel entre terre et mer ! Le cadre est idyllique à la campagne ! Le personnel et la direction sont très accueillant et sympathique . La chambre est spacieuse , tous confort . La vue est juste magnifique 😍. Le buffet du petit déjeuner et du dîner est excellent avec beaucoup de choix , il y en n’as pour tous les goûts . Je recommande ++++puis a notre départ petit cadeau de la direction qui fais chaud au cœur

La struttura appare nuova,ordinata, pulita , con tanto verde ma con qualche dettaglio da sistemare (piastrelle piscina dove ci siamo spellati più volte, alcune sdraio vicine alla spiaggia usurate). Splendide posizione e vista. Camere datate nei mobili e condizionatori ma confortevoli (cucina attrezzata, materasso duro, grande TV piatta). Discreta pulizia. Personale super gentile e disponibile a fare bene, raccogliendo ogni richiesta celermente. La pecca grande è data dal servizio a buffet. Infatti, per stessa ammissione del gestore Michael, non ci sono portate o preparazioni per intolleranti al latte e derivati, i rarissimi piatti detti vegani contengono feta e, cosa più grave di tutte, mancano le informazioni su nome della pietanza, ingredienti e indicazioni degli allergeni contenuti...cose che rendono impossibile a una persona intollerante servirsi del non ampio buffet. Pecca grande ma di facile soluzione se si vuole e spero lo facciano poiché il soggiorno qui merita.

L'hotel è sulla laguna di Balos e questo è il suo punto di forza: si gode di un panorama davvero unico. È un buon punto di partenza per vedere le belle spiagge della zona. Il mare sotto all'hotel non è un granché (per essere buona). Quello che, però, lascia più a desiderare è la gestione: c'è un controllo, quasi maniacale, sulla colazione affinché non si porti via niente o non si scenda più di una volta a prendere qualcosa da mangiare. Se si vuole un box per fare la colazione più tardi, bisogna dirlo la sera prima e, se sfugge, non c'è la disponibilità ad accogliere la richiesta al mattino ma soprattutto controllano che effettivamente la persona che ha chiesto la box-breakfast non sia scesa a colazione. È un atteggiamento inquisitorio che dà fastidio... Infine noi abbiamo avuto problemi con la prenotazione che non riuscivano a trovare e ritenevano che non fosse stata ancora pagato il soggiorno, che invece era stato pagato. Un disguido ci può stare ma ciò che ha infastidito è l'atteggiamento di una ragazza alla reception che metteva in dubbio la nostra buona fede e insisteva che dovessimo pagare.

Amazing beach!! The water was so clear and clean. There are no facilities on the beach. Take umbrellas and lots of water and packed lunch. Its a huge place. It was very busy when we got there. Many families young people enjoying themselves. I absolutely loved it.

We took a boat tour from Kisamos to Gramouvsa and then from the latter to Balos Beach. Both Gramouvsa & Balos had relatively warm water, but the area had Too many rocks. I had to be extra careful not hurt myself. but WAY It was like traversing a cave!

Nous avons séjourné avec mon compagnon 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est souriant et très serviable, nous avons même reçu un petit cadeau de départ de produits locaux ce que je n’avais jamais vu et qui est une très belle attention. La chambre était propre et la vue magnifique. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’essayer la piscine. Il y a des petits restaurants à 15 min de marche dans un petit village. Je recommande cet hôtel si vous souhaitez être en pleine nature, loin de l’agitation de la ville et avoir une vie magnifique.

Ottima struttura in posizione panoramica con accesso diretto al mare Abbiamo alloggiato in uno studio ampio e confortevole con una splendida vista mare dotato di grande terrazza Zona tranquilla e selvaggia poco distante da Balos e comoda a tutte spiaggie della zona ovest dell'isola Buone e complete le dotazioni comuni Nelle immediate vicinanze belle spiaggette di ciottoli per lo più deserte Personale cordiale e disponibile Ottimo livello di pulizie Colazione ottima dolce e salata Cena forse da migliorare Ma nel complesso super contenti

Schöne, doch recht große Anlage zu Beginn der Einfahrt nach Balos (von hier noch 7km Schotterpiste). Wir hatten ein großes, teilweise neu gemachtes Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Bett. Die Küchenzeile schon eher in die Jahre gekommen. Schöner Poolbereich, dieser auch schon älter. Nettes Team aus Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen. Preis-/Leistung passt.
