The room is not big, but very clean. It is in Nordic minimalist style. The bathroom is not small, but the shower only has a shower curtain, which splashes a lot of water when taking a shower. The breakfast is rich, with a lot of fruits. It is the best hotel to see the aurora.

Stayed here for a night after 2 nights in Abisko before proceeding to Stockholm. A very comfortable hotel with 70 rooms and another 30 or so nearing completion. Would rate the property more than 3 stars. Breakfast was large and varied and of a good quality. Rooms were decent sized with modern bathrooms. A pool and sauna is also available. Visited the ice hotel and would recommended staying in town to get a flavour of the city. Interesting pubs and food scene.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time here. We stayed Monday to Friday and at first were a little concerned about the small space but you do get used to it and going over to the main house helped a lot. The toilet was a little bit cramped and I’m only 5 ft 3 so I feel sorry for anyone who is taller. We were given plenty of food in our little fridge in the floor but the ‘kitchen’ is tiny so we went to the main house to cook too. Meeting other travellers from different places and chatting was lovely. Looking out at the breathtaking view and watching the northern lights from our cozy bed was an experience I will never forget and I would go back again for sure.

This hotel gets off at the next two stations of the railway station Abisko. The name of the railway station is shown in Figure 7. If you see this train conductor, say hello to me, nice. There is a hotel shuttle bus to pick up luggage at the train station and walk to the hotel by yourself. 150 kronor per person by car, not windy or rainy, not necessary. The hotel has single rooms, which are relatively small and also have townhouses. Chinese food 130 / person, buffet, delicious, dinner can be ordered.
