Stunning view, beautiful, comfortable rooms. Thank you to all the staff @ the Royal Marine Hotel. Thanks to the staff, Moira, Pam & Dylan. Nothing was too much trouble. We will be back soon and wouldn't go anywhere else. Close to Dunoon centre. The locals are very friendly.

Great room I really like this hotel. If you like old style architecture like me this is great. We stayed in the arran room where the view was amazing looking down on the ferry terminal. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Wonderful stay again at the Royal Marine Hotel building is full of charm. We stayed in room 26 this time, and the room was very Morden and spotless clean, and the food was delicious. The young lady behind the bar was fantastic and is one of the friendliest people we have ever met in a hotel. You can tell that the staff really care for this old hidden gem 💎 The majority of the shops on the high street were shut due to being out of season, beautiful views, and lovely walks down at the seafront. We look forward to coming back in November for our daughter's wedding. I can't wait.

Great service and comfy beds, manager treated us well and was very kind, breakfast was good and served quick. Stayed in the apartment and suited the three of us perfectly. Would recommend to other people to stay here and see the views that are outside.

Can’t fault this place , visited for a 2 night weekend break and was perfect. The room was so spacious and the bed was beyond comfy, we had everything we needed and not forgetting the beautiful sea view you wake up to every morning just topped it. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. (Pam from front dest was so helpful with anything we needed) there’s also so many places to walk to nearby , will definitely be back!

i will begin by saying this is such a fantastic building. however its in terminal decline unless the owners can fund a recovery which given it has been moved into Liquidation in August probably wont happen. Faulty Towers is accurate up to a point - no shower matt - windows didnt shut properly - the shower was near on dysfunctional due to hot/cold tap boiler fed combo that if turned on to max will result in the hose falling off its mounting. Mind you if you wanted fresh water sit in the breakfast area and if someone was having a shower in the room above you got it on your table. Take cash as staff will record your bank details on a piece of paper stating their machine was broken. Sorry folks but its best avoided.

It is clearly their out of season time as reception closed the whole time we were there and various works going on. Room clean but all other areas were not. Very disappointed with the price paid.
