I really like this hotel. I stay fairly regularly. The staff are really pleasant and the hotel is always spotless. Rooms are decent with comfy beds a very good shower. Breakfast is decent with hot options. Never had any issues and stayed plenty of times.

Toilet wasn't as clean as it should have been. Bed and pillows were too soft for me. It is a nice hotel but given location, I feel they could do more. I've stayed her a couple of times now and just feel its lacking. The menu really needs worked on - same old same old and they have a captive audience. Really does feel like a chain hotel. Breakfast is good though

Service was extremely slow not what we expected at all had to wait at the bar for 15 mins as all the staff were in the back food wasn't great wouldn't stay here again

Have stayed here quite a few times and will be back as never had a problem. The reception was friendly and check in was quick. Particular thanks go to Donna who looked after us well and accommodated my request for room 302 without question. The room was very clean as always and we had a comfortable night. Breakfast next day was busy, but while we were there, nothing ran out and the food was hot. Highly recommend this Hilton especially if you’re travelling from Humberside Airport which is a walk away.
