Very rude manager London who didn't return my phone call after the terrible stay The manager Londan didn't have no concern about my stay I had to switch rooms which wasn't that clean blood stain mattress Room #1 had badddd urine stains with the smell Don't waste your time are money They over charged me $181.00 for this? I have to go though my credit card to get my money back Dirty nasty toilet just discussing

Paid for a king, got a dirty double queen. Checked in after a long day on the road, 3rd shift or after. Just crashed. Woke up next morning, to find a dirty sink, tub, and second bed! Addressed it with GM Landon and he was less than helpful, or empathetic! STAY AWAY! This hotel is dirty and they clearly dont care! 0☆

Hotel showing it's age. Clean but can't help that it's aging. Was not a bad experience but everything kinda looking weary. In a convenient location. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful but breakfast staff didn't seem to care or have much concern with keeping breakfast bar supplied. Hotel in a great location. Convenient to restaurants & shopping.

Good location, great water pressure, close parking and pleasant personnel. More expensive than the newer Comfort Suites less than a mile south but here you got a smaller room, smaller bath, rusty bathroom sink, no microwave in room, noisy air conditioner, broken ice machine on our floor, hard to navigate TV (no instructions), lobby furniture held together with duct tape, harder mattress, only one set of towels (had to ask for another set for the second person) and no maid service in our four night stay.
