The hotel waiters were very polite and helped us carry us to the room. The hot spring rooms are all independent, with two indoor rooms and two open-air rooms. The open-air room has natural wind and is very comfortable. Breakfast and kaiseki meals are served in separate rooms. Very satisfied with this stay.

The hotel located near the main tourist centre with onsen, and very accessible to tourist point nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the onsen facilities were clean. The service was great too!

Since we were a family of four, the private bath was extremely helpful, and there were two outdoor baths and two indoor baths, so we ended up bathing in them multiple times.
There was also a wide variety of food, so the whole family was satisfied.
We would definitely like to use it again if we have the opportunity.

The service is very good, but it's a pity that there are only four rooms for hot springs. You have to queue up to take a shower at night, and the water in the hot spring is a bit dirty
