Die modernen Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber mit einem tollen Balkon. Allerdings ist es im Ort und man hat keinen unverbauten Ausblick. Das Schwimmbad ist toll, das Wasser warm. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich. Wir bekamen ein extra schön dekoriertes Zimmer. Das Essen schmeckt auch sehr gut, ist allerdings zum Teil Fertigware.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Kirchberger Hof über Ostern war außergewöhnlich angenehm und unvergesslich. Nicht nur das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, sondern auch die herausragenden Leistungen und der exzellente Service haben uns beeindruckt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das a la carte Abendessen, das nicht nur außergewöhnlich schmackhaft, sondern auch ansprechend präsentiert wurde. Die Qualität der Zutaten und die hohe professionelle Kunst der Zubereitung haben unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Eine Anregung, die wir gerne geben möchten, ist die Erweiterung des Speiseangebots um mehr traditionelle regionale Gerichte. Es wäre schön, verschiedene traditionelle Spezialitäten der Region kennenzulernen, die ggf. vielleicht auch im Wechsel angeboten werden könnten. Dadurch könnte das kulinarische Erlebnis noch vielfältiger gestaltet werden und den Gästen ermöglichen, die lokale Küche noch intensiver zu genießen. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel Kirchberger Hof uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Das Restaurantpersonal war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendbuffet waren extrem gut und die Auswahl sehr groß. Die Zimmer und der Wellnessbereich waren sehr sauber. Der Grund für den abgezogenen Stern ist, dass die Ski im Freien in einer unversperrten Skibox aufbewahrt werden. Außerdem wird der Skischuhkeller fast nicht geheizt (nur ca 2 Stunden) daher waren unsere Skischuhe immer nass und kalt! Die Infos auf der Website stimmen auch nur zum Teil da der Skibus noch nicht gefahren ist (auch am Infosheet waren bezüglich Skibus falsche infos) und auch das direkt Abfahren von der Piste war trotz viel Schnee nicht möglich. Bei den oben genannten Problempunkten hätten wir uns mehr Verständnis und Bemühungen erwartet! Alle mit denen wir an der Rezeption gesprochen haben waren unfreundlich.

Kinderunfreundliches Hotel! Lässt einheimische Kinder einsperren! Nur auf den eigenen Vorteil bedacht. Ganz miserabel. Die Familie hat den Erlass erteilt, Krabbelstubekinder nicht mehr nach draußen zu lassen weil dann ihre Gäste gestört sind!

Mehr Schein als sein! Buffet recht einfach und mit mittelmäßige Qualität. Sauna 3 Kabinen aber nur eine Dusche und nur 4 Liegen. Skibus nur morgens zum Lift - abends muss man schauen wie man zurück kommt - nur TAXI möglich. Kei Shuttle Service wie bei anderen Hotels mit "4*". Schwimmbad gut aber leider mit defekter Dusche. Schade - leider nicht mehr wieder.

We have just come back from spending Christmas in this hotel. It was beautifully decorated, in all the communal areas, which gave us a great welcome. We only paid for a basic room but it had a new bathroom all immaculately clean, very comfortable beds, a balcony with a view of the snow covered mountains, what more could one want. When it comes to food, we were spoilt for choice, all cooked to a very high standard, and something for all tastes. The Christmas Day and Boxing Day meals were outstanding. The wonderful staff (and I really mean staff who could not have done more for us) had decorated the tables in such a decorative, tasteful, and festive way, they were a joy to behold. The staff at this hotel are a real asset to anyones stay. As for the Kirchberg all the lifts were open even on Christmas Day, so plenty to do even if you didn't ski. We will stay here again, and try the summer season next time.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel in toller Lage! Waren als Paar einige Tage zum Skifahren da - alles perfekt! Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet war ausreichend und abwechslungsreich. Besonderer Dank gilt nochmal unserem super-netten und äußerst aufmerksamen Kellner Zsolt - an dieser Stelle viele liebe Grüße!!!😃

Ein angenehmes, eigentümergeführtes Hotel! Moderne Ausstattung mit ansprechendem kleinen Wellnesbereich & ausreichend großem Schwimmbad. Alles sehr sauber! Freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen & gutes Service, umfangreiches Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet (wir würden servierte Mahlzeiten bevorzugen), Zimmer mit Blick auf die Berge geräumigund & geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

A good hotel in a lovely village for skiing or hiking. Pre arrival the service was outstanding from Alexandra . The property is a little out of the way up a hill from the main village but that’s ok, nice views and all the facilities you need . Room well appointed and clean and secure. Check in and check out excellent and ski hire and passes easily sorted at reception along with transport when needed . The restaurant and bar could be improved a little to compete with the local offerings and outside of Alexandra simple questions on directions, local services and things to do and see weren’t really able to be answered which was disappointing. Essentially though a great stay and would return
