I think the hotel was previously a Kempinski, some of the towels and robes had the logo.
The location next to the river is nice, if you can get a room facing that side.
The pool, jacuzzi and gym facilities are good.
There are 3 ATMs in the lobby, giving out USD and a Vodacom and clothes store.

Excellent Hotel, probably one of the best I ever been. The welcom, the room, the food has an excellent quality and the service has a very high standard. The view on the Fleuve Congo and Brazaville on the other side is a plus

The check-in was correct. The room was pleasant. However, I did not find the staff pleasant upon departure. It is true that I did not informed them the day before to prepare a breakfast package for me. When I mentioned it at the reception during check-out, the agent responded curtly that I had to pay for the service. When it came to returning the change from the deposit after deducting what I owed, the agent told me that he had no change and that it didn't represent much anyway. It wasn't so much the amount that concerned me at that moment but the casual manner in which this gentleman addressed me. The same scenario happened with the client who came for check-out after me. This very bad experience face in this famous hotel and you should be careful going forward with such behavior.

I’m more than happy for having stayed again at the fleuve congo hotel this month as I loved how nice the staff welcomed me especially on the day I have arrived yo their hotel. I have got picked up at the airport and the driver was on time and even waited for me as my flight was a bit delayed. It was my second time going there as I went there during summer 2017. C'était une deuxième bonne expérience et riche en souvenirs sauf qu'ayantoubliée une chemise blanche sale que j'avais portée dans la garde robe et cette chemise n'a jamais été retrouvée et pourtant elle était restée, oubliée tout simplement.
