GGuest UserWe reached here after having a bumpy ride on the road to sangla. The weather was awesome in evening. Hotel staff n owners were very welcoming. The views were mesmerizing. Located next to baspa reservoir but here u can't reach the water base due to barricading by jsw group. Food was average. Restaurant capacity needs to be worked coz if everyone comes for dinner at same time then you will have to share the table, which we didn't mind but some might. Hotel is a bit of walk down from road but they do provide porter for your bags.

GGuest User1. little away from RECKONG PEO. 2. Excellent location for viewing the kailash range,snow covered mountains. 3. Food is available but Okish .and no detailed bill was provided. We trusted the owner thats why didn't ask for it all. 4. The rooms are spacious 5. Bathroom is good. But for hot water u hv to ask the owner to start it otherwise its not on. 6. neat and clean properly. 7. all the rooms hv balcony. 8. Parking space is available. 9. easy to locate. 10. everything we asked for the owner tried his best to provide. like extra blanket,hot drinking water.

Came here during my solo bike ride. This place has a vibe which is hard to find also the food is the cherry on top. It's a perfect place for solo travelers. Dorm quality is also good. They also offer private room's so if you guys want privacy then it's also a good option. Shahee Tukda is my recommendation from the Cafe.

Pros: 1) Food is very good. 2) Late night food service has been provided. 3) View is spectacular. 4) Electric blanket & heater has been provided. 5) Staff behavior is very good. Cons: 1) You have to carry your own luggage. If its ground floor room then its still fine, but if the room is on 1st or 2nd floor then sometimes its difficult to carry all the luggage by own. Helper should be provided to carry the luggage. 2) Multiple heaters they changed in the room. Difficult to find and tell the person again and again that the heater is not working. Please do a good maintenance of all the heaters specially in winter as its mandatory at that time.

GGuest UserThe views from the hotel are excellent. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The extra mattress provided could do with some sanitizing. Chef is good and whips up some good continental stuff. We had the pancakes with caramel topping - quite good. All in all great value for money.

However management isn’t the best - rajiv at the front desk denied room service & insisted on buffet dinner; however when we came for the buffet dinner there was no seating space available and he asked us to carry our plates ourselves to our room - we had to climb stairs upto 4th floor with dinner plates in hand. All this after booking the family suite! this hotel is just surviving because of its beautiful location
