We don’t even know where to start with Kinka Palms. This place has everything, it’s a home away from home. The decor is beautiful, the pool and outdoor area was our favourite. We only spent two nights here, and we are struggling to leave this morning. Louise was so friendly and came to greet us after we arrived (using the lock box). The grounds are immaculately maintained. The room was so clean, and laid out perfectly for our family of 3. We will absolutely be back. This is the type of place we want, and we will continue coming to Kinka Palms. Not many places are like this one, you have to visit. Don’t forget to play yard games on the grass, while enjoying a drink at the bar. Nice clean well run operation. Nice little quaint touches around the place to help everyone get into the XMAS Cheer. Everything we wanted was in our Kitchenette. The room was nice and cool and we had parking right outside our room. We will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to family and friends.

The room was spotless, clean and the pool and BBQ area was fantastic. The owners were very friendly including the staff. The view of the beach was outstanding and it's not far from Yeppoon and Emu Park. We will be back because it was worth every cent we paid.

Nice and quiet. Just what we needed. Grounds are beautifully kept and the rooms are clean. Hosts are friendly. Beach is nice and good views of the keppel islands. Big tides so beach is only swimmable at high tide, but the motel has a lovely pool.
