Came for lunch but it was disappointing. We all chose sandwiches. Mine was a toastie but in fact was a sandwich with toasted bread which was hard and dry. Toasties are generally quite soft and the cheese would be very soft which was not the case here. None of us were offered a choice of bread, what we got resembled white sliced which due to the hardness of it was extremely difficult to cut. They were pretty much hard dry tasteless sandwiches which we ate because we were hungry but in no way did this indicate the quality of food we were served. Such a shame that something so simple could be served up so badly. Based upon this offering we wouldn’t return for lunch here.

Excellent stay. Booked direct, last minute, really good value. Some noise in room, but only to be expected as in a pub. Didn't stop sleep, but quiet by about 22.30 ish anyway. Comprehensive breakfast choice. Also, 10% discount on food and drinks. Will look to stay in a Fullers pub again. Less than 10 minute walk from Kingston Station, even with suitcases.

I was really looking forward to staying here, having read the reviews. We usually choose a more budget hotel but wanted to try somewhere a bit nicer. I was a bit disappointed. Pros - very near the station, stylish, staff were helpful and kind, shower was great, bed was fairly comfortable despite being two mattresses pushed together. Cons - very, very tired decor, stained carpet, and worst of all, the noise. Loud thumping music from the bar until 11pm (I probably should have expected that but no reviews mentioned it) then constant road noise all night. The single glazed sash window rattled in the wind and let in a cold draught that blew across our faces all night long. Didn't sleep much at all. Really wished I'd stuck with our usual budget option since this was almost double the cost. By the time we got to breakfast (20 minutes after it opened) there was only one pastry left and no replacements in sight. I highly recommend getting secondary glazing in there and cleaning the carpet. Then it would have been lovely.

This place was in a quiet area, yet was near some of Londons' top attraction, with easy transport links into central London. An easy 15min walk to kingston Station and a bus stop outside the hotel. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The food was of a good standard and there was plenty of choice. A well stocked bar with plenty of selection. The room was comfortable, clean and had a good shower. Altogether the stay exceeded our expectations.

Absolutely loved it. Fabulous location. Great pub. Brilliant location. Friendly staff. Beautifully appointed room with loads of amenities. Spacious shower. Would 100% recommend. Huge range of tea and coffee options. Complimentary drinks in mini fridge. Staff couldnt do enough. Tasty breakfast.

We haven’t actually got as far as our stay yet, but I feel I must say what a wonderful welcome we’ve already had! We ourselves made the booking process a bit complicated, and we have been blown away by the patient and helpful responses to my emails. I wish everyone was as good. We don’t often drive south, but are attending a special event, and we were a bit apprehensive. Really looking forward to our stay at the Queen’s Head now that everything is sorted. Thank you.

Stayed in the Queen's Head with my family and we had a wonderful time. The staff were very nice and helpful. I was impressed that our preferences for coffee was already remembered in our 2nd day for breakfast! The breakfast were good and generous. We invited our friends to join breakfast and they also thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Recommended inn and will surely book again next time when we visit the area.

Really amazing place. Stayed for nine nights, and The Queen's Head was everything we hoped it would be. Rooms were clean and endearingly quirky, the amenities were top notch, and the pub food was great. The employees were wonderful, particularly Stuart, who went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. Can't recommend this place enough. If you need to stay in this part of London, stay here!

A great traditional pub with fantastic food offering. Staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. The food was served in quickly and looked and tasted lovely. Puddings were nice and a small but well written menu gave us choice and variety.
