Although this Green House Hotel is said to be in London, it takes about 20 minutes to get there, and the environment inside this hotel is very Qingqiu. I arrived at night because it was the Easter holiday and there were many people renting the hotel. Those young people kept the scorching sun in the room and it was very noisy. It can be said that the sound insulation was very poor all night. There were no big problems except that the floor was relatively thin and it was easy to hear the sounds from upstairs and downstairs.

B. Srinivasa was super helpful. Amazing service overall. Very accommodating and going above and beyond to make things as comfortable as possible for you. Rooms were very clean and overall facility is value for money. Will visit again. Thank you

The people who work at this hotel are the best! The airline lost my luggage and found it the day I was leaving, but they wouldn’t send it home to me. So Gabs, Mary, and the manager made a plan to take delivery of my luggage from the airline and hold it until the following month when I returned. They even sent me a photo when my luggage arrived to put my mind to ease. They are amazing! The Travelodge itself though is bit rough as the lift has not worked reliably in years. I mean this has been a problem with the last 3 managers, so it goes higher up in the company than anyone at this hotel. Meanwhile, the lovely receptionists are offering to help carry guests luggage up 3 flights of stairs and do all their usual tasks. I can’t even imagine how housekeeping manages. I love the people who work here and they deserve decent working conditions.

This was my second stay at this Travelodge. On arrival, there was no-one at reception so I had to ring a number left on the front desk. Someone eventually arrived with no apology for the wait. When I stayed in November, the lift was broken which happens. However, whilst staying there this week the lift was still not working. If this is an ongoing issue I should have been made aware as I suffer with a bad back which makes carrying a heavy suitcase up 2 flights of stairs difficult and painful. I did mention this to the receptionist who shrugged his shoulders.
