The front desk staff in my opinion only cater to locals. The restaurant female waitresses are awesome. Housekeeping out by the pool are The BEST. The gentleman that do the morning cleanup are very hard workers. The comfort of the room with 1 king bed vert comfy.

We stayed at the Hotel Four Seasons for one night as part of a birdwatching tour with Arrowhead Birding Tours. Check-in was quick and the front desk was very friendly. Our room was on the second floor (there is an elevator) and had a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The hotel is showing some age, but everything was clean and worked as expected. We really did not see the surrounding area and it was already dark when we got there. We only saw a few guests. Felt safe and secure. We had dinner in the restaurant…the menu had enough variety for anyone, and the service and food were good. Our room included breakfast. Served fast…fresh fruit and eggs to order. Would recommend if you are in the area

I enjoyed every moment spent there not to mention the staff, there was this particular representative who works in the food and beverage department remone Simpson... his customer service was spectacular. I'm considering visiting soon.

Hotel Four Season is a very comfortable hotel with spacious rooms and bathroo . Staff are extra friendly. Great place for a business trip. Loved having a room around the pool area. Breakfast was really good as well.

It’s a terrible hotel, the staff is so rude. No hospitality at all. I had a 26 hours long journey, lost my luggage in transportation. The hotel has no option for in-room dining, they will make the customer run every time. It has pathetic customer service. I was in fact courteous as I got extra pizza and checked if anyone in the staff wants it. She came to took it no thank you nothing. Staff is like zombies here. I don’t know how my rest of the stay will go. They can not put the bill to your account, so that when you check out you pay all together, like you normally do on all the hotels. They take the full payment on the day 1 of the check-in and whatever you eat you pay same time. This is absolutely stupid and impatient staff

the hotel is simple with not good mantainance, wi fi is very bad, and the shower a shame. The food is normal, but the service very slow !!!! really I do not understand why they delay so much for the service for lunch or dinner at the table

The Four Seasons is a very quiet and quaint place to rest and enjoy the calm tradewinds under the Mango trees by the pool area. The restaurant is first class the food is very good and the hotel staff is vry friendly and knowledgable.

The room was acceptable, but dark (the lights are dim), and windows cannot be opened. This however was not the worst. The worst was : 1. The maid service/housekeeping was extremely poor. 2. Several items (clothing, personal items) was STOLEN from my luggage, and only discovered this when I reached my destination. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

Was part of a small group and we spent a total of three nights at the Four Seasons. The hotel is comfortable. Nothing fancy. Good sized rooms, but dark. Minimal amenities. Front desk nice. Grounds very clean. Restaurant staff are mostly friendly and welcoming, but the service is terrible. They need lots of training. There were many items not available, and the food came out all scattered. Some were done eating when others were just served. There was no "wait to eat until everyone is served" because your food would be stone cold. Location - terrible. There is absolutely nothing around the hotel and you would not want to walk around outside the property.
