power wrnt out at our house on 9/27/24 so we booked a room. the room looked okay so i took a shower and started watching tv. no problems untill we got ready for bed. i pulled the covers down on my bed and found it had 2ft diamiter pee stain and it was still wet .i asked for a refumd and was given saturday night but not friday . we left at 1030 that night to find a room.as i was leaving i ran into another family that was leaving also. he told me his room had roaches.

Disgusting!!! Bathtub was peeling, mold around tub, faucets were NASTY, . I dropped an ice cube, attempted to wipe it up with a issue and was completely disgusted when i picked it up, as it was as black as the mold around the bathtub! There was no phone and the FREE HBO was not available. it took 1/2 hr to get the tv to come on, after calling from my own phone to the front desk, where ENGLISH was NOT spoken, to get someone to help with the tv. She finally arrived after getting a partial picture, and couldn't answer why there was no HBO available. We kept our shoes on when we had to get up to use the bathroom. We were exhausted when we checked in, otherwise we would have left immediately. The door didn't even close correctly as it obviously had been broken into!! DO NOT STAY HERE.

First off, The non smoking room we booked stank of smoke. Secondly, there was no phone, so we could not call the front desk directly. There was no chair at the desk. the sink was cracked. The toilet paper holder was unattached from the wall. The worst part, which made up pack up and leave at 5am was messed up people outside our door at 5am making animal noises and then knocking on our door. This place is nasty and the hotel did nothing. Do not go here.

We have stayed at this hotel for over two months and we pay no matter what. The first time I have a problem because the shower is backing up and smells like farts or sulphur they tell me that I can just f-ing leave tomorrow. The front desk help is always rude, and they are never awake even during the day time. I am happy to leave because I've stayed at other properties with much better service, I would never suggest that anyone stays here. Is you do, you should be cautious of the front desk clerk with the short black hair. She does not care about the people at all and treats everyone like crap. All I asked was if they could get maintenance to look at my shower. And I was told to f-off.

Very good location for an event I attended at meadowview conference center. A heck of a lot cheaper, for an excellent place to stay in every way that I needed. Clean, comfy, warm, convenient and safe.

This is not a place I would recommend, there is a definite bug problem.Roaches. The Wi-Fi was in and out not stable at all. House keeping was rude. A knock on the door, I open it to find two police officers standing there, looking for someone. A lot of homeless people walking around the parking area. Did not feel safe at all. Holes in wall and ceiling. The only thing good about this place was the price. I will never stay here again. Not enough hot water for a shower no to mention the filthy shower curtain with mold and dirt.

If you come here except no maid service, bed bugs roaches, rude management can't even understand what they say their English is so poor.. Police visits, other guests under the influence.. Afraid to leave your room after dark..no light bulbs, electric outlets not working..filthy bathroom. No amenities that are listed..no free breakfast.. ice machine broken..pictures posted off hotel are deceptive. The rooms are run down and outdated...Filthy carpet.. The wifi they do have..To charge for this is a criminal offense..

Don’t come to this hotel it is by far the worst hotel they have in Kingsport they don’t care about compensating you fixing your problems on your room if u have one workers are ALL HORRIBLE all they think about is YOUR MONEY
