I really enjoyed my stay. We had a planned family reunion and quiet a few family members stayed at the Best Western and some had rented Chalets. The service was on point, and we enjoyed a good hearty breakfast together before checking out. The room was very spacious. I would stay there anytime I'm in the area.

It was clean as always, comfortable, and cool. We enjoyed our stay and that's why La Choushatta is my favorite place to go and have a great time. The location is adjacent to the ****** where you can walk or drive . It's your preference. Happy fun place=La Choushatta!

Room 102 is a large suite very clean comfortable and quiet (even during the Crossroads Festival). Ac worked fine, bed comfortable with lots of pillows. Bottled water and good coffee, microwave and fridge included. No issues. Shuttle to ****** runs 24 hours upon request.

I read on the website prior to booking and guests at the Inn At The Coushatta and Red Shoes RV Park and Chalets are NO LONGER allowed to use the Dream Pool. These guests are charged the resort fees, but still not allowed to use all the amenities? That is a rip off and is one of the dumbest changes I have ever seen. I went to the Beyonder Cajun Moon Resort in Sulphur Louisiana(has two pools and a hot tub and a motel on site for those do not have an RV) it is close to SPAR waterpark in Sulphur Louisiana (only $20 per day). It is close to Horseshoe, Golden Nugget, and L’auBerge Du Lac and I had tons of fun there.

The bed was so hard it was like laying on the floor, pillow left much to be desired. There was no continental breakfast as advertised. The shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash were half used by a previous guest. The toilet didn't flush properly, maintenance came and "fixed" it, but it still didn't flush properly. The front desk staff, although friendly, were not helpful with recommendations of other places to eat besides the ******. All in all, pretty disappointing for a quick anniversary get away. We won't book here again.

When I called to make reservations, they did not tell me I would be charged a $19.97 fee for making the reservation. Also, they did not tell me there was no continental breakfast. The room itself was good with a coffee maker.

We were just ending a long travel heading back home to Lake Charles and Houston. We decided to go to Coushatta ****** because we were close. The major hotels were booked so we were referred to The Coushatta Inn. The hotel had availability so we decided to stay one night. The hotel had a mildew or scent that we could not identify. You could tell they used carpet powder to cover the smell. The room was nice but the TV never worked properly. We wanted to relax when we checked in and just chill and watch TV. Our plans were not to go to the ****** the next morning when we checked in. When we finally got the TV working after having the staff come in twice. Once on, it would loose volume and stop then start. This went on until the next morning. When we were ready for bed, I called for an extra cover or blanket. I was told, "we have no extra blankets." No, sorry, no nothing, just we don't have any. Wow, really!!! We were happy with the price but service and amenities were below standards.

The room had hair and a bad pet odor. No microwave and no refrigerator. Room did not appear to be clean. Shower curtain was supposed to be white but it was faded yellow. Didn’t look clean. Overall the room was very disappointing.

Worst night spend and this hotel. Could’t sleep all night with all barking noise. Brought it to the attention of front desk. Didn’t seem to do anything about it. They should have a pet friendly assigned area.
