"This inn is worth the trip. I was unable to let them know i would have a late check in. However when I arrived they served me dinner within a couple minutes, which i was not expecting. Amazing dishes, amazing facilities, and the most beautiful location. Theres a really nice niche karaoke bar nearby too if your into that sort of thing. 10/10 recommend."

"I stayed at this hotel for nine days. Currently, the hotel's cleaning staff are all of Indian and Pakistani descent. On the fourth day of my stay, around noon, I returned to the hotel and found that although a sign had been posted requesting room cleaning, neither of my two rooms had been cleaned. I immediately requested cleaning from the hotel. A middle-aged man was very polite and asked my child and me to wait in the lobby, saying that cleaning had been arranged. My child and I waited for about 20 minutes, thinking of going to the front desk to inquire when the cleaning would be finished and we could return to our room. Several Japanese guests were checking in at the time, so I waited until all the other guests had finished before approaching them. A middle-aged Japanese woman greeted me, and she immediately adopted a very arrogant expression, saying, "We have guests here now, please wait over there." I said, "We don't have any guests here right now, and I've been waiting for several tens of minutes. I'd like to know when the cleaning will be finished so I can go back to my room." She immediately said to me, "Please wait!" In other words, she said, "You wait over there!" She even rolled her eyes at me. I was instantly furious. I told her, "Your attitude is appalling. The fault lies with your hotel. As someone in the service industry, where is your manners? What kind of training did you receive? If you don't apologize, I'm going to file a complaint with your tourism bureau." The woman didn't say a word and just kept her head down. Later, the middle-aged man who had been more polite came and apologized. I asked him who the woman was, and he told me she was the manager of their hotel. 😒 I was speechless."

"I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome drinks, especially that alcoholic options like highballs were available. It's limited to one per person, though. Apart from the in-room bath, there was a public bath, which was advertised as being open until 11 PM. However, despite being called a 'large public bath,' it wasn't particularly spacious. The amenities provided were comprehensive."
