Never going to this hotel again. I drove here from three hours away. I called and made a reservation. I was provided a confirmation number. Within 20 minutes of arriving, I am called back and told that, they now refuse to honro my confirmation because they gave my room (the last room) to another person, because there's some issue with the system. The agent who called to inform me of this, lacked any shred of sympathy, empathy, or pity. When I began to express my frustration (in a civil manner), I said this was "terrible service", and in retaliation the agent hung up on me. Not I nor any of my coworkers in the medical field, will ever visit any Holiday Inn again. Appalling incompetence and rude service.

This hotel is very close to Fort Hood so it's good for tdy soldiers. The rooms are quite nice. Very clean and very polite staff. There is a full service bar and restaurant in this holiday inn. The pool area is decent. There was construction going on while I was there.

My room was so smelly that I literally couldn’t sleep. The room had a strong scent of old wet dirty carpet. I checked at 7 o’clock in the morning and check into the Holiday Inn Express up the street. I will never stay at this hotel again….NEVER. I rather sleep in my car.

Spotless hotel. I met a friend who was in town for business at the bar and I was very pleased. Janice made the best old fashioned I've had! In fact, my colleagues all had them as well. I'll definitely be back to enjoy a crafted cocktail when I meet with my business partners. From what it looks like in the lobby and by the pleasant staff I'd say it's an A plus quality hotel experience. Thank you.

The hotel was very clean and nice! The staff was very friendly and helpful! I especially want to sent a shout out to Ruth, Michael and Dynasty! They went above and beyond to help me and my family have a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend staying here for business or pleasure!

This hotel is moderately priced, and I booked it because of the good reviews. The only drawbacks were that breakfast was not included and there was a lot of traffic noise in the room facing the interstate. Otherwise the room was quiet and comfortable, just having been renovated. The hotel staff was very helpful with allowing a late check-out, as we were attending a memorial service mid-afternoon and needed extra time in the room. The breakfast was adequate with a discount, but the restaurant is rather small and had the feel of a fast food restaurant.

On a road trip staying inn4 different hotels across Texas this was one of my stays. It was so refreshing to not see any signs of dirt This property seems to be very well managed and constantly cleaned. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Ty area.

Room was booked last minute, due to Laquita in Temple giving our room away and cancelling our reservation without notice. We arrived less than 20 minutes after reserving the room. Samantha at the front desk already had our room cards and info waiting for us. Super friendly staff, and great rooms. They have breakfast from 7a-10a every morning, and dinner and a bar from 7p-10p every night. The food was great and the wait and bar staff very VERY friendly. I would recommend this hotel. My wife and I have already said we will be back.

Hadn’t been in a Holiday Inn in a very long time. This turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Front desk personnel was fine and other reminding them about our reward status for breakfast, it was ok. The room was great; it was clean and the layout made sense for hotel guests. It was quiet from outside noise as well as the heating/cooling unit. Breakfast was ok, the coffee was awful (however those who like expresso type of coffee may enjoy this), one cup and I had the jitters all day. I would stay again given that all services and cleanliness were acceptable.
