Pros: Beautiful hotel built with it's locality at heart. The Swahili architecture in the rooms especially is top notch. Big, clean rooms with views and balcony. Great staff, Amisi at reception and George at the restaurant were exceptional. Kilifi itself is beautiful so would visit again. P/s - if you can, please visit the spa! Cons: Food was average (buffet dinner and breakfast). These have great room for improvement.

I give them an AVERAGE rating. Pros. The room( swim up suite) Is quite cosy. The room size, the amenities in the room all superb. The swim up to the main pool from your balcony is quite something. The staff( most of them) are warm and very welcoming. Cons THE MEALS. The variety of meals is quite wanting. Not really worth the money. Secondly. You pay about 350usd a night and they can't even give you a complimentary water bottle during meals. I understand the package they give is half-board but at such rates water that is free in the room should also be given in the restaurant. AMENITY RESTRICTIONS: So my swim up suit had some sort of hydrotherapy outlet which had a switch at balcony. When we started using it, the pool man suddenly switched it off from the mains and pretended not to know anything about it. I found that so wrong. Whatever is in my room and package should not be restricted and if so, it should be said from the onset. With that said. My stay was average.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! It’s been wow! Your team is amazing!!!!’ They are friendly, kind and always smiling! I was treated soooo well, am dumbfounded! They made me feel at home and tended to my diet needs and requests with such warmth! The head chef (I forget his name),the chefs, Elias and his team always followed up for feedback! The service team in the restaurants, Amisi and the reception team, the housekeeping staff were just amazing! Always paying attention, quick service, I liked that they would chat abit with me in a very friendly manner. I enjoyed that!! I wish I could remember all thier names - but am terrible at that! Notwithstanding, ALL of them were great! Even the askaris and groundkeepers would always say hello with smiling faces! I have nothing negative to say or complain about!! It’s been the relaxing holiday that I really needed! I can now go back fully recharged! Thank you for the room upgrade, thank you to the team for the beautiful surprise - cake and singing last night! That was a very pleasant surprise! Thank you Thank you! I will definitely return! My home away from home! Silver Palm will always have a special place in my heart! God bless you all

I had a wonderful stay. The staff are friendly always ready to assist, it made me feel valued and seen. The food was amazing and delicious, the rooms were spacious and clean. It's giving arabic aesthetic. The most amazing part it's the continuous big swimming pool in front of my room. I'll definitely visit silver palm again.
