Loved the hotel from the minute we walked in. The coloring of the hotel at night was awesome! Staff were all great!

Comfortable place to stay in heart of Kildare
Centralized to the town of Kildare. The staff were friendly and helpful. Two restaurants attached to the hotel. Will return to explore the area more. Was there only one night.

I stayed for 2 nights in room 208 Walking up a beautiful staircase I was pleasantly surprised to find a roomy prettily decorated with a very comfortable king size bed.I stayed Sunday and Monday so had no problem with parking .Breakfast was plentiful and tasty with very pleasant staff..Will return

Welcoming staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable room. The room was small, but bed was comfortable and clean. I arrived late but the burger bar had excellent food, large portions so good value. Great location for shopping in Kildare village or for work.

The beds were fantastic. Overall, the place was very clean, very friendly, and very comfortable. Breakfast was included and very nice. Would definitely recommend.

I had the meal deal in the restaurant which is priced at €75 for 2 for 3 course meal including bottle of wine. On arrival we were nearly turned away by the staff member even though restaurant was half empty only that another staff member intervened from behind the bar. We had our meal and my partner paid at the till. He mentioned to the staff member that he could not see the bill as he had no glasses. He mentioned to me after leaving that he was charged €106. I returned to the hotel and asked for a Manager. The Manager arrived with a very bad attitude and after explaining my situation she said she was not dealing with me and went off to get the owner. She returned after 5 minutes with a totally different attitude and apologised and said we were charged for a bottle of wine as a extra!!!!!!!!! I mentioned to her that her attitude was terrible and that as a Manager she should be able to resolve situations without attacking the customer. She then stated that she was not a Manager. Terrible experience from start to finish and will not be returning as this is the second time I have been overcharged for the same meal deal. Staff are poorly trained and there seems to be no manager to assist

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Stadthotel mit kleinem Renovierungsstau einzelner Zimmer. Recht bequeme Betten und ordentliches Bettzeug. Das Badezimmer war zeitgemäß eingerichtet und die Handtücher weich und flauschig. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet im Zimmerpreis inkludiert

So rooms are really comfortable clean and tidy. There is a restaurant on site food amazing. Also a burger Pizza bar too again really good food. Staff are really accommodating with your needs. It's such a lovely relaxing place good to have a base to move around.
