Ecoair Apartment Hotel

Stayed for one week in this great hotel that has a beautiful garden. The rooms, which are actually flats, are very spacious and well-equipped. The entire staff working there was lovely. Thank you very much!

The place is clean surrounded with trees and sound of birds in the morning. Is better than a hotel. In this apartment you can cook and make your own meal because there is a kitchen and a dining place. The rates are abit high compared to my home country but it's a nice place to spend days in Kigali

Ecoair has now become my special nest for when I am in Kigali. The location is perfectly situated in Kimihurura, a quiet and clean neighbourhood, close to all amenities. The staff is simply the kindest bunch of folks ever. The food also is great and the little restaurant downstairs very cozy. I'll definitely stay there again!

Better than most of 4 stars hotels. It was clean. Rooms are really big and modern. Staff was perfect. Very kind and helpful. Its very close to everywhere. I really liked the garden. Next time im planing to book again.

The room was very comfortable and well appointed. Connectivity was also excellent, which was important because I was in Kigali on a business trip. The restaurant was also very good. I would definitely recommend the Ecoair Apartment, and I will definitely return on my next trip.

Rooms are spacious, clean, quite nicely designed and well equipped (kettle, fridge, toaster, oven, microwave, kitchen unit, TV, reasonable WiFi, hot shower, mosquito screens on windows, etc.). It's very convenient that there is a cafe and restaurant on site and that staff will deliver the food to your room. Service was excellent 5/5. All the staff were very polite, helpful and eager to please. Coffee was really good 5/5. Food was ok: 3/5. There were power outages and Wifi interruptions on two days during my stay, which is understandable because repairs were being done, but frustrating as it interrupted my work. The room could have done with a proper desk and work chair. Also, there should be a power socket extender provided in the kitchen, because it was impossible to plug in any of the appliances without unplugging the gas detector (which then beeps incessantly at you). The lock on my balcony door was not working (which isn't the end of the world because you're in a secure compound in a safe part of town, but this should be fixed). Finally piece of constructive feedback – the hotel should stop staff from walking down the back / side of the hotel as a) there is no proper path there anyway and b) they can look directly into your room if you're on the ground floor and this is a bit of an invasion of privacy. On the whole, I was happy with my stay and I'd stay there again.

I have stayed at Ecoair during a business trip that lasted 5 days. The apartment was very spacious, equipped with everything I would need and even more! The area is peaceful and Ecoair garden is very green and well kept, which makes the stay at Ecoair very relaxing. However, the best part was the warm hospitality I received from each of the employees of Ecoair, especially Benone and Yvette, two amazing young people who made me feel home from the very first time I've met them. Amazing costumer care: very professional and authentic!! I'll come back!

I'm from Uganda. I had a one week stay at this property for a meeting at our regional office based in Kigali. The hospitality i enjoyed was i think best to none. The tidiness and quietness was incredible.
