The single rooms have no windows, only a small high window in the bathroom. There is no air conditioning. Naturally there is no breeze and it is hot. When it is sunny in Kigali, it is too hot to stay in this hotel's single rooms without air conditioning. The single rooms also do not have refrigerators. The TVs turn on, but in many rooms (this is my fourth time staying at this hotel) nothing shows up. Even if they do, there are only three channels. There is a wide selection of breads for breakfast, and the cappuccinos and cafe lattes are also delicious. There is a wide variety of fruits, and the vegetable omelettes are very well salted. The front desk staff are also friendly. The only problem is the facilities.

Gloria Hotel Kigali Stay
My stay at Gloria hotel Kigali was comfortable, the service was very good and the employees are all respectful, diligent and professional. They are promp with delivery of service and eager to help,they are friendly too.
The food is good, I very much enjoyed the cooked food.
The hotel is clean and they are very aware of protecting the environment with the choice of toiletries.

Loved our stay at Hotel Gloria.
The stay was wonderful the staff was very helpful. The food in the restaurant was very delicious. We loved Hotel Gloria in Rwanda

ROBBED!
The place was definitely sub-standard from the description on the website and it was not a very comfortable experience all round. had to sleep under a net and no aircon. WORST thing was though - I had an expensive watch stolen from my jacket while I was waiting to leave for the airport and the hotel has denied that one of their staff took it - and also said there was nothing on the cameras - again impossible. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all let alone if you have anything of value that you dont want stolen when your back is turned...
