The amenities are very comfortable and the hotel management make the experience excellent. The rooms are modern and the lobby, restaurant and poolside are all excellent places to relax or get work done. Highly recommend the Grand Legacy in Kigali!

The staff and management made my stay incredibly comfortable. They welcomed me like family. The property is very clean and well furnished with all modern conveniences. The pool area is a great place to spend an afternoon after a full day of travel and the spa was able to fit me in for a massage on a moments notice. Didier Byuka, the evening property manager, took time to make sure that I felt well cared for and had everything I could want or need as a solo traveller in Rwanda for the first time. Thank you Grand Legacy!

As a delegate to the AFS Forum 2024, the hotel met all expectations in comfort, nearness to the KCC, and cost effectiveness. The hotel arranged a taxi service for delegates. The hotel pool bar and restaurant had the best bbq fish I'd tasted in Kigali. After the AFS, my colleagues and I needed a small meeting room for a day, which also turned out to be adequate and well served. The hotel business centre is not very functional, though. Nigerian guests will like the fact that the hotel is also a walking distance to Jollof Kigali that serves all your Nigerian dishes.

The Grand Legacy Hotel is convenient, comfortable, and clean but the best gem is the staff. From the front desk to the waitstaff, everyone on property aims to make your stay easy and enjoyable- attending to your every needs.... from organizing breakfast packs at 4:30am (at no additional cost) before an early safari drive or walking along to the pharmacy to help find allergy tablets. They took care of me and my group.

Excellent hotel for business travel. Clean, professional, friendly and a good free breakfast with every room. The free cookies on Friday is an excellent touch. I would highly recommend this place for any business traveler. Staff is also excellent.
