A clean, spacious room with a balcony and good view. Helpful staff. Good restaurant. Good location. The website listed air con. There is no air con, but with a fan i was quite comfortable.

From the outside the property looks nice but I am giving this negative rating because when we got there the room advertised was not available.
They tried to offer us another room in the corner which had no windows and was probably barely 8ft or so. I’m not sure who’s error it was (******* or partners) but it was unacceptable given how late we arrived.
Management was professional and tried to resolve it showing that the booking on the partner site was a different room but we couldn’t justify paying for that small room. We ended up taking another hotel down the street!

I got previous guest’s used toothpaste and lotion (this is totally unacceptable for sanitary reasons). I paid for a king size bed and got 2 twin beds moved together- the mattresses were so hard I felt so sorry for kids that are assigned twin beds in hotels.
Staff was friendly but I would NOT recommend this hotel. I am sorry - it does not meet standard

Insonorisation catastrophique. Jamais vu ça ! Dès que quelqu'un parle dans les escaliers, sur une terrasse ou même sur le parking de l'hôtel on entend tout dans les chambres. Impossible de dormir. Je n'imagine même pas ce qu'ont vécu ceux qui ont eu droit à un karaoké dans le bar !

This was a very nice hotel, and we enjoyed our stay there in our days in Kibuye. Friendly and welcomming staff, a wonderful view from the balcony and good food. Would recommend it for future guest planning to stay around lake Kivu. From there they also provide different trips around the lake such as rent of bikes, boattrips to Islands and hikes.

Das Personal ist unfreundlich und wenig bemüht. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach, Laken fleckig, die Ausstattung minimal, die Matratze zu hart, das Kopfkissen zu dünn. Im Bad nur ein Handtuch. Die Preispolitik ist kaum zu durchblicken, die Zimmer definitiv sehr überteuert. Das Frühstück ist leider nicht gut, Brot mit schlechtem Beigeschmack und auch sonst nicht sehr ansprechend. Das Personal wirkt hier recht ungelernt und überfordert. Ich werde dieses Hotel zukünftig meiden.
