Very happy with the experience at this hotel. We reached there two hours before the scheduled check-in time and requested the staff if they can let us check in early. The staff was helpful and did let us check in early. The room was spacious and had everything that we needed. The pool and the poolside seating were all well maintained and clean. The breakfast was good and had lots of options. The mawabati that they served with the breakfast was one of the best I ever had.

Our family stay at ramada khajuraho was enjoyable overall, with warm hospitality and comfortable rooms that added a nice touch of local charm. The pool area was a highlight, providing a great spot for relaxation and family fun. However, the food was just okay. We felt that breakfast could have been improved, with more variety and fresher options. A few tweaks to the dining experience would make the stay even better.

The staff was helpful and polite. However the building is old and needs maintenance. Some amenities like lift and gym were missing. The buffet lacked variety.

I requested for late check out till 1 pm as i had to go out and come back for wash and change. They refused by giving assurance that they will provide room after i come back and check out. When i returned they refused to accommodate and offered to use toilet of lobby for wash and change. After persuasion, they agreed that i can use spa for wash and change but it was worse than public urnial being dirty, filthy and unhygienic. Requested even general manager to give room only for change of clothes but was denied on the pretext that i have checked out and it’s not permitted. Highly inhospitable and rude staff. Poor service and bad rooms. Not recommended for stay at all
