A great location walking distance to the temple complex. Very clean and spacious rooms with a view of the temples. The breakfast was good. We stayed two nights and really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is located on the north side of the Khajurahosi temple complex, next to the museum. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the entrance of the West Temple Group, and six to seven minutes to the exit.
The hotel garden environment is very good, but the decoration is a bit old. The facilities in the room are relatively complete and basically in good condition, except that the toilet tank is a little leaky. The air conditioner can't hit very low temperature, but it is enough. There is no need to book a room with a temple view, because the view is not very good.
The breakfast is amazing, à la carte buffet, the best I've had in India. Freshly squeezed juice, freshly ground coffee, freshly made eggs, roast sausage, hash browns, and bread and cake baskets are all of good quality. For lunch, I ordered bacon and mushroom pasta and Caesar salad, which are also very good. The Caesar salad is the most authentic I have ever eaten in India.
The service is very good, from the front desk to the guest room to the restaurant, with a good attitude and quick response, trying to meet the needs of the guests.
All in all, the price of more than 600 is worth it!

The welcome was very warm and they made me feel at home. All the staff are very kind, supportive, and helpful. It helps on a solo trip. The food is both in the restaurant and in-room dining is good. Lastly, the room is spacioous and comfortable. Laxman was very helpful during the stay. Even the managers are really supportive and always checkin in on you.

It was a pleasant stay. Their hospitality is outstanding. Food can be slightly improved (1 day it was very good and next day it was average) but won't call it bad. Parathas are awesome 😎 their staff is extremely cooperative and approachable. Property is scenic and well maintained. Would love to visit them again.

Staff was awesome! Ravindra, Anjali, Vishal, Kishan, Mukesh and Jeet were so helpful and lovely to chat with. They made my stay comfortable. Very safe as well as a solo traveller! Would highly recommend for future visits. Khajuraho is a must see!

We stayed in a lovely and clean room. Food very good, but the best... the people. We loved Geetu at the bar, he was behind us all the time to see what we could want. Thanks to everyone. We highly recommend this hotel. The staff is so kind and nice that you will want to stay more days.

My husband and I, while travelling in India, have decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary at the Lalit Hotel in Khajuraho. Best decision ever! The hotel is a real paradise in a fantastic park with a wonderful swimming pool. Best of all, we have been surprised by a welcome ceremony by sweet Nasrin and all the staff. Our bed was covered with flowers and red heart-shaped cushions. But not only, the restaurant received us even after closing time (our train was delaid). After a juicy dinner, we had another surprise. The staff had prepared for us a special cake with a candle and everybody wanted to cheer us. Such a warm-hearted welcome by people who didn't know us the minute before. Very sweet and touching. We wish to thank all the staff of Lalit Khajuraho for an unforgettable anniversary!!!

We stayed for 2 nights in october. The hotel is conveniently located and not too far from the western group of temples. The hotel has been maintained very well with a beautiful manicured garden. The room was comfortable with a side view of the temples. We enjoyed the food and drinks served, and in particular the non vegetarian bundelkhand thali. But the best part about the hotel are its staff. Right from the doorman to the reception staff, the staff at the restaurant and the bell captains, everyone was extremely friendly, courteous, and polite. They took care of our every comfort and made the stay special. Our thanks to each of them!
