Baymont by Wyndham Keystone Near Mt. Rushmore

The hotel is in a great location but the carpet and floor were filthy. I walked down the hall and my feet felt gross. I washed them off and the wash cloth was black. Disgusting!

The air conditioning was awful…it would turn off and on and you would suffocate when it shut off. The rooms are very small and the bathroom even smaller. When we woke up my husband found remains of what we think were ants in bed we are not itchy so thank God!!! Glad we only stayed 1 night.

First of all being a Wyndham property you would expect better service. Room was very small and cram. Breakfast was a waste of time they ran out quickly. Same breakfast everyday Biscuits and gravy, waffles wirh no syrup. Pool not accessible due to children wild un attend too by parents. The cable went out no one to fix it. No tv to watch Will not stay here again. I might gotten better service at the days Imn

First off the air conditioner unit was very loud with a bad vibration, then we saw bugs crawling around on the walls and the ceiling and then bugs falling from the ceiling on us

Really good stay- everything was excellent- breakfast was top-notch as far as variety--and everyone who stayed was there early. The pool /hot tub open early & the hot tub has water jets. Rooms are clean, beds seem new and staff was friendly. Great value, I'd recommend to anyone visiting Mt. Rushmore.

It was great! The checkin and checkout process was smooth and easy. Rooms are spacious, staff are friendly, and we didn't encounter any issues. I would sugggest more breakfast options for international guests. Overall, would recommend.

My daughter and I drove over 10 hours to stay at this hotel on a cross-country trip only to arrive and to be told that our reservation had been cancelled. They had run my credit card before we arrived, and because we were traveling, my card company declined the purchase out of concern for fraud. It took a few seconds to fix, but since the hotel made no attempt to contact us, we had to sleep in our car. It was a holiday weekend, and nothing else was available within a 50-mile radius. The hotel staff was incredibly rude, and Wyndham customer service was disappointing at best. I received an email from the hotel the next week stating, "I am sorry that you are unhappy with our policy regarding declined credit cards." When I called to ask for a copy of their credit card policy, the assistant general manager told me. "Well, not all of our policies are written down." I won't be booking a room with this chain in the future.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is in a great location, I loved staying in Keystone. Breakfasts were great. Also, they had the most comfortable pillows that I've ever slept on! I would highly recommend a stay here.

GREAT property in Keystone, short drive to Mount Rushmore, Custer State park and overall beautiful roads in South Dakota! EXCELLENT professional attentive staff, rooms have small terraces that gives magical view of skyline and mountains! Great nearby restaurants, excellent breakfast, all FANTASTIC!
