The Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami

In general, I liked the hotel, the rooms are clean, there is everything you need. Good beach, the territory is not big, but well-groomed. Minus is the staff that cleans the Hotel and the room. Already from 8 am in the corridor begins a constant very loud communication and laughter, it awakens and does not allow you to sleep and rest. To our room, despite the inscription do not disturb, came twice without any knock. Therefore, the whole impression of the hotel was spoiled by the absolutely uneducated noisy cleaning staff. I probably won't stop in the future.

This is was one of our go-to hotels when our daughter was as student at the U and we wanted to be close enough, yet have access to a beach. the beach here is pretty narrow and all the ties we have been here (we have been here all 4 seasons), the ocean has a lot of seaweed. That said, the pool area is pretty large with sufficient lounges/umbrellas for all guests. The restaurants on property are all good as well. The pool bar menu has some very nice drink selections. Rooms are on the large side and clean. Friendly staff

Divina. A truly special day at the The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami—one of those rare, perfect moments you wish you could hold onto a little longer. The spa experience was exceptional, but it was the people who made it unforgettable. Consuelo’s care and expertise felt so thoughtful and genuine, and Mitzi went above and beyond to arrange every detail for my family with such kindness and grace. It all came together so beautifully. If I could give seven stars, I would do so with gratitude. The entire property felt warm and welcoming. Key Biscayne was especially beautiful this weekend, and every member of the staff made us feel truly cared for. A heartfelt thank you to Millie at the Dune restaurant, who greeted us each time with a smile and such lovely service. Deep appreciation to the entire team and management for creating such a meaningful experience. I’m already looking forward to returning.
