David and Doreen were wonderful hosts in this lovely Bed and Breakfast. The Tides, located in Ballybunion, is close to the ocean and not far from the interesting town of Listowel. The Tides is also a great base for exploring the Dingle peninsula, and even the Ring of Kerry. The amazing shower and comfortable bed in room 6 are simply wonderful!, and the breakfast is gorgeous! Don't hesitate to book your stay here!

This was our 4th stay in The Tides and you could not ask for a better host and place to go to. The room you stay in is immaculate as always and the breakfast is to die for!!! Will definitely be coming back again next year. Thanks again David and Doreen

David was great the best! Absolutely great craic , what a host! Room was absolutely gorgeous! There was 3 of us stayed and the room was perfect! 3 single beds , great set up, bedroom & bathroom were huge! Beds were the comfiest ever , and the pillows were excellent! Felt so welcome, stay was excellent from start to finish! Couldn’t recommend anymore, also David very kindly drove us to the town so that we could catch the bus to the races.

Great hospitality. Hosts were exceptionally nice. We were warmly welcomed and the room was lovely and spacious. Only a short walk to Ballybunion town centre & beach. The breakfast was delicious too, a fry and a selection of wholesome foods. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic warm check in with the owner and made to feel extremely welcome. Offered advice on where to go depending on what we fancied explaining where to head in the town for some live music plus nearby festival in Listowel. The place was absolutely spotless and we had a nice luxury room with very large bathroom, lots of storage and great facilities. The room was very comfortable and decorated homely not like your average room. The bed and mattress was outstanding and of luxury quality including large fluffy pillows. We didnt opt for breakfast but left our car in town the night before. The owner kindly offered to drive us back into town to pick up the car in the morning. This is our second stay in this Bed and Breakfast and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Great hosts, very friendly to the children and a lovely bedroom. It’s extremely clean and a great breakfast too. Definitely a good choice when visiting the area.

Our hosts were so kind and welcoming! They provided excellent information about the town and golf course. The room was immaculate, and the breakfast was delicious. So much food I could not possibly finish everything. We would recommend it to anyone visiting Ballybunnion!

From start to finish, our stay was absolutely fantastic. Fabulous people and a luxurious, clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Will definitely be back again next year and we will look forward to our stay!
