I think this is the best deal near Grand Rapids airport. You can even take the Rapid bus #27 here. It was clean, with a refrigerator, stovetop, and microwave but you need to bring dishes. I liked the oatmeal, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate options in the morning. The receptionist was pleasant at check in and didn't charge a check in fee like they do at nearby Knights Inn ($25+ $80.50 they did let me cancel this reservation after they told me about the check in fee on top of what I would have paid $80.50). WiFi was strong and easy to use. I slept well.

I made reservations early morning via the 1800 #. I was traveling and required an extended stay for 2 weeks. I received a voice message from the hotel that my reservation was made in error and they could not accommodate me. They didn't offer any resolution.

My stay was immaculate from beginning to end. Soon as I entered the lobby area I was greeted by the receptionist I also noticed the lobby area was very clean an organized. Once I was fully checked in I was directed to my room, the room very clean the stay was very quite an comfortable I would recommend 5 star.

The room was clean and the staff was great. The property was clean and it was nice to see ducks in the pond. I would stay there again if I am up in the area again. The laundry room was clean but they need to hang a note so no one will leave their close in the dry or washer unintended because of the other gust in the hotel.

Jasleen did an amazing job at cleaning my room. And Sarah definitely made my check in process smooth and delightful her cheerful smile is more welcoming than they're welcome photo behind the front desk.

Staff was very kind. Always asking how the situation was going. Had a fire in my apartment building so my landlord put me up here. Areas were clean and everyone was helpful. Sometimes the desk area wasn't staffed so maybe hire some more people to help the kind ones who are already there.

Extended Stay America is an excellent priced option in a world of rather expensive hotels. And the staff was wonderful, especially Sarah, who is always helpful and cheerful. And when it snows and gets cold, they even had an extra blanket at the front desk.

If customer service were a marathon the entire staff at this hotel would be at mile 26.2 and still going strong!! The property is clean, quiet, and comfy! The staff is always polite and understanding!
