Loved this place. Very comfortable accommodation in a beautiful setting. Amazing breakfast. Only complaint we had was that we were only there for one night. Definitely somewhere to return to.

Overall, with the exception of one young girl who was very pleasant, the staff were unfriendly, food particulary breakfast very poor choice. Looking very tired.
Reminds me of a hotel in administration. Would not recommend nor would return.

We stayed at Kentisbury Grange in September 2024. We stayed in the berrynarbour lodge With a hot tub overlooking a Small lake. The Kent Grange grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The lodge of good quality, but there are a few points which I thought was worth sharing. The lodge Was clean inside, but not outside. All of the windows were super dirty Which I know does not impact your holiday, but when you’re surrounded by beautiful views but you have muddy windows it’s a bit annoying.. The hot tub cover was filthy when I put my hand In the handle to lift up the lid, it was caked in mud which was disgusting. They should also be more floor mats or rugs in the lodge as it’s all wooden floor or tiles making it super slippy As soon as you get out of the hot tub. The wooden floor is severely damage in the lodge due to water damage. The lodge Did not have a smart TV, Only Freeview.. We visited the coach house Hotel two afternoons. The staff were really really friendly and attentive but there is no music playing inside. It’s super quiet and actually looks closed. We didn’t really rate the food either, but that could be personal preference. Beautiful scenery around Kentisbury Grange but for a couple in our 30s with a baby there was just nothing at all to do. All local towns are very quiet. We visited Barnstable Linton and Lynmouth. I wouldn’t return to this area.

We were very pleased with our accommodations at this property. Our room was well appointed, very modern and yet inviting. The little cottage was huge, especially by European standards. The bathroom with its clawfoot tub and large shower couldn't have been nicer. We also enjoy the little deck outside where we could have a glass of wine. The property is large with lawns around and places to sit outside. Full breakfast was included . We found the staff to be friendly and helpful although not great at directions. A nice place to stay when visiting N. Devon.

Just returned from an amazing stay at the Kentisbury Grange. Stayed in room 6 in the house - what a treat. Huge comfortable room and luxury bathroom, all spotlessly clean. Ate at the Coach house every night and we were not disappointed with the food or service. Can’t praise everyone enough they are all so friendly and efficient. Will definitely be back and might try a lodge 😊

Our trip started as a four day stay to get away from our busy and stressful work life. We ended up booking an extra night due to the excellent food and staff. We would highly recommend a stay there and look forward to returning. Well done Kentisbury Grange for making our stay so relaxing and it was a prayer to meet all your very helpful staff.

We had an amazing stay at this place! We stayed in a cottage suite which is a lovely spacious room, very comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, from the moment we checked in to the evening meal in the restaurant. Very enjoyable stay! Would definitely recommend

I had my birthday party in the coach house with 22 guests, stayed 2 nights. Absolutely fantastic service, food was stunning 😍 the whole experience was more than I could ever of expected. Well done to all the staff and the manager Nick. A thoroughly excellent stay in a stunning location 👌
