Staff is very professional and friendly. Always been greeted with a smile! Rooms are clean and bed was very comfortable. Room stocked with microwave and refrigerator. On site restaurant and lounge served excellent hamburgers and chicken wings at a very reasonable price. Really didn't need to leave the hotel for meals.

Breakfast was very basic and I don't think they were ready for the amount of guests that were there. There was very little of everything. Other than that I wish I would've read more before I booked. Even though there was a pool there was no hot tub, my bad for not investigating more lol. Customer service was good, not great, just good. When I arrived the employee was on video chat with someone and I had to wait for her to finish to even be acknowledged, but she was pleasant after. Every other employee we encountered had ear buds in and just walk by sometimes with a smile. But overall a good stay.

Great stay but stay too long housekeeping slacks off. Need get more than 1 washer 1 dryer in a facility that size. Also bring back the BACON not my fault you run out cause of kids during the weekend. Also is housekeeping e verified and documented. I say this cause I'm a vet voted for TRUMP and jobs shouldn't be taken from U.S CITENZENS.

We enjoyed our convention very much and the front desk staff was very accommodating and nice whenever we interacted with them. However, we had several interactions with the manager that probably could have been handled better and left our group overall feeling very unwelcome in the hotel. At a hotel where we were paying for 15 rooms no less. While we understand that teenagers (especially ones that have been unable to have in-person experiences such as our state convention for over two years) can get over excited, be forgetful about room keys and probably leave more mess for housekeeping than the average guest...each time I spoke with the front desk and asked if there was a problem with our group, complaints about our group or if I needed to address anything with specific students I was told no. In fact, several of the front desk gals that I spoke with actually said that our kids had been very polite and respectful when interacting with hotel staff. Unfortunately, that just made it more disheartening that we were made to feel so unwelcome. We are a public school, not a large corporation that can provide our employees with meal accounts and have generous budgets. These kids are paying for this trip with their own money and we had several amazing chaperones who got very creative and worked hard to make sure that our group was fed at minimal cost to these hardworking kids. Yer, instead of looking for a way to help us get that done our group was repeatedly told that we had to change the way we were doing things with no thought for the situation we were coming from. In addition, we offered to pay what the school could afford to use a conference room for practicing and were told no (yet the rooms were unoccupied, the entirety of our stay). This led to kids (from all the schools, not just ours) having to practice as best they could in the common areas and outside. I'm sure this was irritating for staff, but we weren't given another choice. Especially once we were no longer allowed to practice on the side of the lobby where the dining area is located (even though there was not a person in sight waiting to dine or wanting food service). The location of the hotel was great and the rooms were well-appointed and comfortable. The students very much enjoyed having access to a pool and loved the convention, but as I stated previously, it was really disheartening to be made to feel so unwelcome (students and adults) by the management consistently throughout o
