The location was good. The best mountain view and beautiful view peaceful environment same as i checked in online platform. I came in month of may but weather is so cool i loved it

Very rode and unsupported behaviour by manager. Food rates are too high but food quality is very bad. Most importantly no pakka food bill and cash receipt is provided probably they don't wants to pay any gst.

Location and view of the valley is really good from the hotel. Cleanliness is maintained and staff is courteous. However they should install at-least a ceiling or pedestal fan for it becomes really hot in summer time. Overall good stay.

I ***** with my wife and 2. 5 year daughter visited the place where we stayed here in this resort. It was an amazing experience to be there. The food they cooked and served to us was awesome at very nominal charge. The food was very tasty. The rooms were very neat and clean. The view from window of room was mesmerizing. In short i recommend to stay here and enjoy the serene beauty of dhanaulti especially in early morning. The parking space is enough to park your car outside the resort. We visited here in off season. I hope it would be great experience to stay here in winters.

Two and half star 1 star for the food 1 star for the view half star for the service boy the food is the usp here. Veg and non veg both food were tasty. The biggest problem with the room is that these are made with metal sheets so there is absolute no insulation from the outside temperature. It seems you are staying in the road like in tents. Proper heating element is must inside room but there isn't any. You can get their candle heater for 300 inr per day but it is of no use in scary cold in dhanaulti. Must have pt c heater or at least air heater here or bed warmer. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Geyser facility is there 24 hours. The bed sheet and quilt was dirty. Not at all clean. Room was small in size but the view will. Compensate for it. The rooms are not audio proof so you can pretty much hear others speaking from the next room and from the sorroundings. Better to avoid the cottage next to the reception for the same reason. Tgere are practical issues very few people will write about. People just get crazy from the view but let's be practical here. I found the charge of this hotel a little overpriced. If you are looking for safe and proper cold protective place to stay in dhanaulti, avoid this place and please find a place to stay made with concrete. But if you are an adventure seeker and like to stay at tents, this place is for you. We booked 2 days stay here but due to the unprotected cold weather we needed to cut short the stay. That's all.
